No worries I roleplayed with my characters before.

I don't see why not since I turned in 4 characters and got approved. Don't take my word for it tho, I'm just accustomed to being able to rp more than one character at a time.

Once the rp is set up, is there any specific rules that we need to go by?

I only ever made one forum skin in my lifetime, but I'll give it a shot, I simply just want a change in color. My guess is I'll post the design first? Or do you want the skin coded and ready to go?

I'm sure this must have been brought up before, but can the forum have another skin besides the current one? Its a bit bright, and it would be great if a complete contrast of the original layout was made, preferably black or a dark grey. Hey, if you need help with the graphics and making new buttons...
