If you want to. But, there is a slight disadvantage to controlling only one half of a whole. You would have to wait for your partner to reply once you said anything to them, and that could be restricting to the roleplay's progress. You COULD possibly do that, though. I don't mind.

A state park? Maybe dragons are an accepted part of society or something. Every-kid-has-one-or-grows-up-around-them-type thing.
