@ RedRaine The reason he is waiting for the meisters is because I did it to spice up the roleplay a little. They may be trained to deal with types like him, but what are the odds that they will actually be able to kill the Kishin on their own? I mean, my goal isn't to bring him in and kill everyone ...

I don't know if you noticed or not, but if Noir and Misaki are at the courtyard, the one where the Bloody Mary battle went down, then they are like, right next to Matsura, which is my Kishin. If you two want, you can attack him, or wait until someone else notices him.

@ Gintoki Alright, so now Matsura is a Kishin. I will post soon, but he won't do anything drastic, I will just make his presence known to the rest of the players. And I will occasionally post for him, and perhaps might have him do something to Death City, like kill someone, or something of the like,...

I was thinking about his power, and it seems a little too much, being able to control the time of day, which would effect the entire earth if you thought about it. So I was thinking you could maybe change it to just being able to concentrate the sun'...
