Interviews are after the training dude. It's in the book and it fits better since we are tested on the training and they discuss the rating you get in the interview.

Oh my god, I'm sorry, I'll have to push my sheet 'till tomorrow, I'm not done. Reason why is because my god damn teachers have been assigning non-stop projects.
