When Jason asked if she remembered anything else, Cordelia's eyes narrowed slightly, trying to remember something, anything, but it didn't help. The only thing she managed to accomplish was making her headache worse.
"N-no, I-I cant remember anything else." She murmured, glancing back out at the water as she walked with Jason.
When they reached the parking lot, Cordelia glanced at the vehicle curiously, never having seen anything like it. She wasn't quite sure what to do, until he opened the passenger door for her. She got into the vehicle, once more glancing around curiously at everything inside. At Jason's words of buckling up, she watched him closely as he buckled his own seat belt before following suite and buckling up as well.
Cordelia flinched at the loud sound of the vehicle starting up, not liking loud noises. Though as soon as the car started moving, her attention was consumed by the scenery outside of the car, watching in amazement as things moved quickly past the window.
"Wow, this is cool." She murmured, sitting up a little more in her seat to get a better view of everything they're passing.
Hearing Jason talking, she thought he was talking to her, since there was no one else in the car, but when she glanced over at him and saw him talking into a rectangular object, her head tilted to the side, studying him closely.
"What is that?" She asked in awe as he set the phone down, her eyes following it.
"You were talking to somebody? Somebody who isn't here." She murmured, reaching out and picking up the phone, looking at it curiously, flipping it over in her hands, looking for some kind of explanation as to how the device allowed him to talk to his brother who was clearly not in the vehicle with them.
