Sebastian simply offered the girl a small smile. "No problem, its my job, remember?"
He followed her inside the house and into the kitchen. He stood near the stone topped counter in silence. He felt the tension between the other three in the house and didn't want to add to it. So instead he just stood near Isabella in somewhat awkward silence as he witnessed the exchange. To his benefit, it fit with his job to just stand nearby in silence. After all, it was simply his job to watch over her and insure no harm was inflicted on her not to involve himself in their personal business. He found this thought odd seeing as he had only actually applied for and then taken this job to get insight into their company's business.
Sebastian didn't know what to say to her. He could tell she had something on her mind but like he'd told himself a few minutes ago it was really none of his business. After earlier's prying into her personal life he didn't want to push his creeping into her privacy any further yet. He wondered how long he would still be here here for, if her father was just going out now he doubted it would be anytime soon. Not that he minded missing out on one of his family's cheerful dinners. He knew the moment he got in the door his father would whisk him away to his office for some 'Man talk' which was simply his fathers way of getting him alone to discuss business that he didn't want his wife knowing about. Sebastian knew he'd be sat in that office and questioned, interrogated about what information he'd learned. His father would want to know every detail he had managed to gather about the family, business, any thing odd that was said, anything he'd learned about them. Then he would have to go sit through the dinner, pretending as if he was just in the job for experience and nothing of interest had happened.
"Hey look, Are you hungry? It seems were on own for the evening, did you want to maybe get something to eat?" He asked her, trying to distract her from her clear irritance with her father and his friend.
