Bio~
Raina was born into the Royal Family of Pangea, the spitting image of her father. She was adored by the people, and her father held her as the most dear thing in his heart. The royal treatment did not last however, after the Kings death. His vile Queen, who despised the little girl for the love the people gave her, took the throne. As Raina's snow white hair began to grow, the Queen was stricken with disgust at the resemblance Raina had to her late father. Knowing that the young Princess would demand more attention from the people as she grew, and became the beautiful Princess, the vile queen hired a mercenary to take care of the child.
He was supposed to take the baby Raina far from the castle, and kill her. The Queen would declare to the people that the young Princess had died of disease, and demand the love and attention fully from her people without the beautiful little girl in her way. However, when the mercenary slipped into Raina's bedchamber that night, and layed his eyes on the small three year old girl, he could not bring himself to kill the girl. Instead, he took her, and rode three days and three nights to a small village. In the early morning, he rested the sweet baby in a stable, and watched as the small girl slept peacefully on the hay. Knowing that the Queen would demand proof of the child's demise, he slayed a fawn and took it's heart back to the Queen.
That following morning a milkmaid came into the barn to begin her work, and found little Raina. The woman had recently lost her second child during birth, and was no long able to have children. Little Raina was her gift from the heavens, her second chance.
Since that day she has lived in the small village, unaware of her royal blood. Though she lives the life of a peasant, she lives in ignorant bliss. Her family has raised her, and loved her as their own. Her brother, Conner, has been by her side since the day she was brought home.
Though she always knew that she was not their actual daughter, she loved the people that took her in as her parents. However she was always curious about her true family, and where she really came from. It took sixteen years before she received her answer.
The day of her capture began like any other. She walked through the street, distributing the lilies that grow wild near the family farm. In the blink of an eye the town was filled with bounty hunters, tearing through the streets, and ripping people from their homes. She knew not who they were seeking, but ran anyway, urging the children to safety. When one man took hold of one of her student, lifting her off the ground by her hair, Raina ran to help her. Her eyes filled with fear as they locked onto his, and a gruesome grin curled across his face as he tossed the girl aside, calling out to his brethren that she had been found. Try as she might, Raina was not build for combat, and he easily took hold of her, grasping his rough arms around her waist and lifting her clear off the ground with little to no effort.
She cried out, screams of terror, calling for Connor. Her shrill cries went unanswered as she was bound and blindfolded. Fear for her family swept through her being as she began to smell smoke, and the last memory she has is the sound of her family and friends crying out in terror and agony.
Luckily they were able to escape, Conner and Raina, but they lost everything and everyone that they loved.
~Personality
Raina is selfless, full of life, and love. She spends her time teaching the young children, and feeding the old and sick. Material things have very little meaning to her, and she would give her last coin to anyone in need. She shows kindness and respect to everyone that crosses her path.
Men fawn over her beauty, but she takes no lovers. They adore her for her beauty and grace, but she chooses to stay pure and instead devote her time to caring for the people around her.
Often times however, she is too trusting, and can be described as naive. Conner is always there to protect her, physically and emotionally. Most men are scared away due to her protective brother.
She has an adventurous spirit and loves to go out exploring, often times dragging her brother along on her spontaneous excursions to the woods.
Other~ Raina has never taken a drink in her life, nor has she ever abused any substance, and she is still a virgin.
