Background Details
There is a world-no dimension- beyond the Earth. It was born the moment the Neolithic Revolution started. It all began when a human decided to wash away all his emotions. This man, he is known as Daedalus. Mercury, the portal-bearer, or guide to the universe of Mercuria, named the universe after himself. Mercury himself took Daedalus to Mercuria and ordered the human to start a new region of civilization. That area became known as Aeritechnika, a land full of only cities. It is highly technological, and is known to be the most successful of the four regions of Mercuria. Its capital city became known as Cobalton.

There were three other regions. One represented good and was known as heaven to humans. It was known as Nirvana, its capital is Elysium. One represented the world of the mythical and primitive. It is Atlierius, and its capital Dawnsborough. And finally, there was Hades. It was hell to humans. Hades’ capital was simply Salerm. Each of them existed because of emotions, unlike Aeritechnika, which represented the absence of emotions, and represented science as it truly was.

Closest to Earth and most important, there lays a special district on floating islands called the Isles of Aristotle. It is reined by Mercury, master of all celestial alignments, and was the home of the few people who controlled space, time, and void. However, a failed experiment in 2012 from Earth was sent to the Aristotle Isles by accident. It was a horribly delayed action nuclear time bomb. It was not intended to be sent there, but its power was vast and great enough for it to do so. Many of the people who dwelled on that island died. Everyone except Mercury. Mercury was enraged, and so attempted to cause an apocalypse until a group of brave souls tried to console him and explain everything to him. It all ended and a new crisis begins.

Plot

In Mercuria, there are several young adults who are the future of Mercuria They are to represent Mercuria on Earth, a place to dwell on. However, the project was stopped in its tracks. Two of the regions were not proposed to be part of the project and ultimately declared war on the other two. The involved regions were Aeritechnika and Nirvana. Both Hades and Atlierius were upset because they wanted to join in on this project. The other two regions apologized and stopped the project but refused to accept Atlerius or Hades into the mission they planned to continue. It was because Atlerius and Hades were declining civilizations. Mercuria was planned to make its very best impressions on the earthlings. However, since they only wanted the very best, Mercuria only wanted to show all the good. Now, the originally chosen Mercurians have to negotiate in this war, or fight it, as well as getting the project to succeed. It is up for a few Hades and Atliers to attempt to bring harmony as well and accept the two regions into the plan. This is an open-ended plot, with many major points still malleable. Will a war be fought, or will it be brought to peace even before a feud starts? Anyway, the project has to go on!

Setting

This will be a very brief explanation:
You are in a world where everyone can fly. All of the Wingless are shunned. It is now 2024. The day is May 14, and it is around 3 ‘o clock in the afternoon. That means that ‘tis time for tea. But where? At Mercury’s place ‘cuz he invited you all straight after it was reported you were not to be sent on that hare-brained scheme, or mission, to send some Mercurians to the human world..

But, that wasn’t the end. Turbulence is to be expected, and the reason is pretty self-explanatory when it’s raging at your door-literally! Ah, the day was so sunny and beautiful but the misfortune to expect, made this a miserly time.

What’s your job? It’s obvious: to stop the brewing war, Can you do it or will it have to go on? Somehow and some way, this all will be resolved. And it’s up to you, and only you to do it.

Lands

Aeritechnika

This land is the newest of the four regions. It is reined by Daedalus, and humans, who could fly. Aeritechnika is a vast place that is always lively, but always has dim lighting. It, very much like New York City, is extremely awake, except is always shrouded with darkness due to a dome of carbon dioxide, bringing darkness to the world. However, in this land, science is so high-tech, no one ever gets sick and in that region, there is enough technology to not only produce an everlasting resource of oxygen, but also to produce transportation that may penetrate the barrier. Unfortunately, the technology to destroy the barrier is only in its infancy. Much of the buildings are sky scrapers, black, and bordered with glowing light. You usually don’t even have to walk there! People here do not have the birth-right to fly so technology was invented to create wings. These wings are unique, unlike any other. People have black jumpsuits with neon bordering of their choice, and a metal belt. The metal belt enables the Aeritechnikanians to form wings. These wings take on a unique shape. They are wide and long, but they are rigid, and angular. Purely made of energy, they glow the color of their users choice. People here are not normal humans, They have sensitive senses of sight, and so wear tinted goggles everywhere but their home and in Hades. The people here usually have special abilities, such as energy manipulation and plenty of technological skills, and, perhaps some psychokinesis. The people here are unusually good-looking, but more human than all the others.

Nirvana

As you know, this is heaven, a utopia. It is ruled by Lady Arabelle, an angel, or one with the dove’s wings. This is basically a group of pink clouds with a gleaming palace of silver, gold, and marble on top of it. The gates are guided by a man with white feathery wings. The place is beautiful, and if you’re a good person but dead, this place may appear as your ideal home. The place isn’t old, it actually has some stuff people in real life has today, but people here are hardly reliant on technology because they can use plenty of celestial powers for substitutes. People here learn the skills of diviners, focusing on defense and protection for fighting, and the championing of all sacred virtues. Their wings are very feathery, soft, and delicate. Beautifully crafted, the Nirvanians’ wings are exquisitely white, and only white. These people live in a mild climate and so have white robe garments such as togas. They are very good-looking, likewise the other Mercurian nationalities. These people are born from kindness, sympathy, and humaneness.

Hades

This is how the humans perceive hell. People here are very pale and tend to look like the most humanoid of demons. They’re not demons however, and they have jet black bat wings. The main area of Hades is the huge eight-tiered torture facility. Separated, but close and under the same blood red sky with black clouds, is a flourishment of a civilization. The buildings are all deep hues and are Victorian-style. The people here dress Victorian-style as well, black and warmly, because this has a very cold climate to live in. This land is ruled by King Lucifer, and is a monarchy. People here are born from bad intentions and curses so their abilities remains within the dark arts, perfecting destruction, manipulation, and hexing attributes.

Atlierius

This is a region of a mostly mild climate and fertile land, not counting the icy mountains and sandy beaches. A magical woodland full of tiny little, adorable people! Nature is at its best and the tiny villages are so ancient but marvelous! This used to be the most successful land until Aeritechnika, and was the first to be born out of the four regions. The technology here isn't the best but many can find the most merry of enjoyments at the festivals, day and night! They match up to, if not better than, Aeritechnika's techno-raves. The buildings usually have wooden foundations, stones for bricks, and stained glass in beautiful, intricate patterns. Many animals on Earth may be found here. The people here are tiny, elfish, and solidly colored likewise the rainbow. meaning, they can be naturally green or purple or orange. Rarely, they are white or black because this place is a vibrant rainbow of life. Their wings resemble pixie or fairy wings and spread off dust, which allows people to see them. Their abilities', likewise the Aeritechnikians', are completely neutral, except are tied to nature, and are totally based on manipulation of the five elements, water: fire, earth, air, and metal. The country is run by a pair of orphans: one brother and sister bv the names of Prince Orion and Princess Elara.
