An older man came in the room causing Dodger to evaporate like smoke. Nyla sighed, the old man was the only person in the entire hospital that treated her like she was normal, so she tired her best not to control herself around him, considering he was more or less in his late seventies.
“Miss Lennox.” He said with a happy crooked smile. “I got your meds for you.” He said handing them to her with a break proof cup of water.
The pills were to make her less combative so that during her evaluation, she was more likely to stay calm. He slipped back out of the room to finish his job as two big guys came in, they reminded her of the body guards her father used to hire to protect her.
Immediately the pills took effect making her a little more drowsy, then normal and they caused her body to relax.
“Alright no funny business Lennox.” One of the men said and she rolled her eyes.
“Whatever do you mean.” She sighed as if she was the most harmless patient in the entire institute.
One of the men got on each side of her escorting her down the halls and towards one of the offices, she knew well from each of her other physiologists. They never stayed long once they got a taste of Nyla. They always thought they could help her or change her, but they always ended up giving up on her. Not that she minded, she never really expected anyone to get her.
Finally they stopped in front of the office, opening the door and guiding her inside, setting her down on the couch across from a younger man. He was younger than all the others which surprised her. She smirked wickedly keeping her piercing blue eyes on him.
