Once he was sure she was following him, resumed his walk towards the restaurant, in silence. Although he was a kind personality, he had never been very talkative and wouldn't start with it now. This was one of the reasons as to why people usually kept a distance to him and some even found him scary or nervous to be around. However, Christopher didn't mind. He liked keeping a distance to other people and remaining on his own. Having peace and quiet was how he liked it, although he seldom found himself being able to experience this a lot lately. Mainly because he almost always felt stressed out about something. Then again, it probably was what followed being the advisor of the late queen.
When they reached the restaurant he was glad to see it was still open- and would be so for another hour. At least that was good. It meant he wouldn't have to worry about taking her back to Bran castle, at least. How would he be able to explain a human girl which was neither feeder nor tourist? And how would he be able to hide his vampiric identity (and everyone else's) from her? No, it would be impossible... and involving an innocent, human girl in the world of vampires was a terrible, idiotic, moronic and foolish idea. It would bring no one anything but possibly harm to her.
"Here we are," he said, pushing the door open and keeping it that way for her, smiling at her slightly. "Sorry for not introducing myself, by the way... I am Christopher Ward," Christopher said, trying to keep himself from looking so extremely tired as he felt, "Who may you be?" he asked as he waited patiently for her to enter the restaurant.
