Heat and cold, life and death, and of course...

Light and Dark.

Then, from the Dark, They came, and found the Souls of Lords within the flame.

Nito, the First of the Dead. The Witch of Izalith, and her daughters of Chaos. Gwyn, the Lord of Sunlight, and his faithful knights. And the furtive pygmy, so easily forgotten.

With the Strength of Lords,they challenged the dragons.

Gwyn's mighty bolts peeled apart their stone scales. The witches weaved great firestorms. Nito unleashed a miasma of death and disease.

And Seath the Scaleless betrayed his own, and the dragons were no more. Thus began the Age of Fire... But soon, the flames will fade, and only Dark will remain. Even now, there are only embers, and man sees not light, but only endless nights.

And amongst the living are seen, carriers of the accursed Darksign.

This is where your story begins. You are undead, a person afflicted with the Darksign, and have been banished to Lordran, land of the gods. Whether you were exiled from your homeland and traveled to Lordran on your own or escaped imprisonment from the Undead Asylum you now share the same fate as all other undead. Fulfill the Undead Prophecy and ring the two bells. One is high above in the Undead Parish and another far below in the poisoned swamp of Blighttown.

Pursue the prophecy or simply try to survive.

Face the soul-starved madmen and vicious demons or succumb to your hunger for souls.

Fight the Dark or succumb to it.

The fate of Lordran and the rest of the world rests upon your shoulders, Chosen Undead.

In this roleplay you will play a character who is undead and has arrived in Lordran. You can fulfill any role you wish and can either actively seek to fulfill the Undead Prophecy or seek your own goals.

There are several requirements when creating a character:
- Somewhere you must name what land your character comes from
- Make it clear if your character is in a covenant
- List their equipment (you can be as specific or general as you want)
- They must carry an Estus Flask. It is the only way for the Undead to heal themselves.
- Either an image or a good description is required for character appearance. Only a physical description is required as what they wear can be listed in their equipment.
