xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxLucy was beyond excited for the day to come. She hadn't been to Hogsmeade in a few months and was desperately missing Honeydukes. Having woken up bright and early, Lucy was already dressed by the time her roommates were just waking up. Leaving the room she shared with three other girls, Lucy bounds down to the common room where she was hoping some of her friends would be.
Unfortunately, Lucy finds herself to be one of the first when she arrives, pouting at the lack of Frank or Lorcan. Sighing, she tightens her ponytail, glancing down at her outfit to make sure it looked good. Lucy had chosen yellow to be her colour of choice for the day, and what she was wearing made her feel like a bumblebee; she loved it.
Pondering whether or not she should just go to the hall and wait for her friends there, whilst also eating breakfast, Lucy decides against that idea because she wants to walk down with Frank. Instead, plopping herself down on one of the many cosy couches, Lucy fiddles with her hair as she waits, becoming impatient within seconds.
Jumping up from her seat after a mere few seconds of sitting, Lucy walks over to where the boys dorms were, concealed by another rounded door, just like the one on the barrel that led into the Hufflepuff quarters. Opening the door ajar, Lucy doesn't want to go up as the thought of seeing changing boys made her blush and cringe. Instead, she calls into the corridor that led off into the boy's different dorm rooms, "Fraaaaaaank," She shouts, though Lucy's shout is never above most people's outside voices, "Frankie, wake up I'm hungry!"
As a door opens, Lucy grins to herself, thinking she'd managed to get him up. Unfortunately, it was another one of the boys, his hair sticking up from a nights sleep, his face less than happy about being woken. "Lucy," He rolls his eyes as if he should have known, "Uh, listen, go back - I'll get him." Giggling happily, Lucy nods and retreats back from the door, regaining her seat on the couch as she waits for the boy to wake her sleeping friend.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSam had never been a morning person. Despite his eagerness to get into Hogsmeade, he was still fast asleep, tucked up under a mountain of blankets and pillows. It took his roommates dousing him with cold water to get the guy out of bed - something he was less than happy about.
"You bastards." He curses, sitting up in bed, soaking wet. Sam and his roommates were always messing with each other and pull pranks, and it was clear to see that today would be no different. Sticking his middle finger up at his hysterical friends, Sam squelches his way to the bathroom, rubbing sleep from his eyes.
Once there, he strips off the soaking clothing, throwing them into a corner before turning on the shower. As he let the hot water wash over him, Sam felt himself wake up a little. Done with his wash, Sam steps out, looking at his reflection in the fogged up mirror. Quickly brushing his teeth, Sam if finally ready to start his day. Grabbing a fresh (or at least, somewhat fresh) set of clothes from the trunk that sat at the foot of his bed, Sam chucks them on before heading over to Splinter's cage, pushing in index finger in between the bars to stroke his pets back. "Hungry, little man?" He asks the rat, grabbing the box of food he kept next to the cage and opening the little door to pour some into Splinter's bowl.
Having fed his rat, Sam decides it time to feed himself. Slipping out of his dorm room, Sam walks down the hall to where Fred's room was, banging on the door twice before letting himself in. Noticing his friend still asleep, a wicked smile forms on Sam's lips and he quietly approaches the guys bed. Leaning down close to Fred's ear, Sam shouts, "WAKEY WAKEY!" as loud as possible, shocking Fred awake. Slapping his thigh, Sam laughs at Fred's reaction, sitting himself down at the end of his bed.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxSince she was the one to organise the school trip to Hogsmeade, Anika had been forced to get up at the crack of dawn in order to get ready and be the first in the hall to greet those students that would be going. Being joined by Professors Flitwick and Sinistra only a few moments later; they were to be the accompanying teachers. "I hope you're right about this taking the students mind off of the whole LOTUS situations Miss Patil," Flitwick says, before yawning into his hand, "If not this is a royal waste of time." Anika bit her lip, forcing a smile onto her face as she replies.
"I believe this excursion will be good for us all," Anika moves a strand of hair that has come loose from her ponytail from her face as she continues, "The students are a little tense as of late, plus you'll have more than enough time to get in a few butter beers." Anika's smile turns wry as she hits on Flitwick's weakness, he always did love a butter beer. Watching as his eyes seem to light up a little, Anika holds back a giggle at his response. "Well, I suppose one couldn't hurt." Flitwick pats his rotund stomach, large for such a small man.
Sinistra's mind seems to be elsewhere as she listlessly stares at the empty Slytherin table. "LOTUS..." She mutters to herself, as though in a trance. Was she having a premonition? Anika was about to ask before she is approached by a student, a little third year tugging at her jumper.
"Emma Bell." The young girl says, and Anika ticks her off of the list of names. She had to make sure everyone was present before they could get going, not wanting to leave anyone behind. Thanking the young girl, Anika tells her to go and get some breakfast while she waits and Emma scurries off to the Hufflepuff table.
Wishing she could go and grab herself some breakfast, Anika knows that she cannot until everyone has arrived, but her stomach protests nevertheless. Gurgling arising, Anika grimaces and hopes that no one noticed. That was embarrassing.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAlbus hadn't slept much. His dreams were filled with darkness and often turned to nightmares; it had gotten to the point where he'd rather be exhausted than go to bed. Knowing that he should bring this up with someone, namely Scorpius, Albus doesn't want to worry his friend and so keeps it to himself, instead feigning sleeping until it is an appropriate time for him to get up.
Shrugging on a casual outfit, Albus is happy that he doesn't have to go through the bother of getting dressed into his school robes for once and instead can go for a much easier outfit. Glancing over to where Scorpius slept soundly on the bed next to his, Albus ponders on whether he should wake the boy up, but decides against it in favour of heading down to breakfast early.
Slipping on a pair of black boots, Albus gives his teeth a quick brush before heading down the many flights of stairs that led on the great hall. Once there, he walks up to Anika Patil, the head girl, and gives his name, despite the fact that pretty much everyone at school knew who he was already. After being ticked off of her list, Albus heads for the Slytherin table, finding himself to be one of the first there.
Grabbing himself a slice of toast, Albus butters it as he glances around him. The hall was uncharacteristically quiet and besides from Anika, Flitwick, Sinistra and a very small amount of other students, Albus was alone. The Slytherin table the emptiest one of all.
Hoping that Scorpius would soon join him, Albus bites into his toast, people watching until one of his friends came down to join him.
