From her shoes to her hair, her makeup to her robes, she's a simultaneously bold and delicate sight to behold - which, while it seems her nature, is done quite on purpose. She'll pair black with pastels, greys with neons, white with metallics. Her skin is littered with enchanted tattoos, which wink and disappear at just the right times.

Very much a Gryffindor girl, Tamsin doesn't always think before she acts. She's bold and unabashed, never one to hide her feelings or be shy about her thoughts. Though this can land her in trouble, she doesn't often regret her choices, even the least thought out ones; as she says, she only regrets the decisions she didn't make, the chances she didn't take. Some might see her as a bit pretentious and over-dramatic, with how she finds poetry in everything, never settles for less, and writes songs about every significant relationship in her life. She doesn't let others' opinions of her get her down, though. Her parents brought her up with an appreciation for the finer things in life, particularly art and music. They also taught her to do everything with confidence, to never doubt her own worth.
Very much an extrovert, she surrounds herself with friends, and spends most holidays at Hogwarts because she doesn't have much family. She's usually the one to start conversations - and won't shy away from intimate topics, even with people she hardly knows. It's hard to get one up on her because she doesn't have many secrets, and has little to no shame.
Though she likes to consider herself a rebel, she's also an overachiever when it comes to subjects she enjoys - which is most of them. She has a particular interest in Care of Magical Creatures and Divination, which is how she ended up taking 8 N.E.W.T. level classes, having dropped only Astronomy despite how she struggles with Potions and Herbology. She isn't quite sure what she wants to be when she 'grows up' - but that isn't to say she doesn't have goals, and grand ones at that. Her dreams include, but are not limited to: writing and publishing a book of spells she created herself; studying and photographing magical creatures from all over the world, including ones yet to be discovered; seeing a dragon up close; and becoming an Animagus.
She loves animals, but her favorite is definitely her cat, Merlin, who follows her around everywhere; she has another cat, Wulfric, but he's less clingy and gets left at home with her parents when Sin is at school. She's always wanted a dog, but her parents have never let her get one, despite the suggestion being far more reasonable than her other requests, which, over the years, have included a unicorn, a demiguise, a tebo, an occamy, an Antipodean Opaleye, and a runespoor. She still maintains the want for a cerberus.
She successfully cast her first patronus charm in fifth year, but it wasn't until this past summer, just after her birthday, that she managed to cast a corporeal one, in a form she's quite proud of: a griffin. Her next goal, which she's actually been working on for quite a while, is to master both occlumency and legilimency - the latter of which she is far more skilled with so far.
