Introduction
The perfect, robotic voice echoes through your head along with the blaring sirens. You don’t know where you are, or how long you have been here. You don’t know why you’re here. They told you not to try to escape, because it’s no use. They said it was impossible. You were beginning to believe them; you almost gave up hope, until now.
You have a wonderful life. Your parents love you. You have great friends. You love your school. Then one day, someone comes to your house with a grand prize for you! You and 3 friends get to go on a weekend retreat to a place called "Facura". You and 3 other winners get to be treated like Royalty.
There is a surprise waiting for you there. . .
Okay, guys. There will be 5 characters. Ages 14-19. Their friends are dropped out of the plane into the ocean, and die. No questions, the friends are dead. Facura is a government facility that tests on teenagers who they think have potential. When you first come, you're kept in cells. You can't see into the ones next to you because of brick walls, but you can hear everything because the front in iron bars. Everything is dirty, and the only thing in your cell is a dirty wooden bench. There is hardly any light at all. Girls get worse and better treatment at the same time. Guards can basically do what they want with the girls. It ranges from beatings to rape. The treatment gets better if they are favored. The girls have surgical corrections to scars and deformities on their bodies. The girls and boys are give drugs to make their metabolism perfect so they will always be in shape. Then the experiments begin. It's torture, they don't use anesthesia, or anything numbing. The characters don't know they are experiments to improve them, meaning giving them super human abilities, they think it's just torture. They are each given powers.
Here are the powers they get. The first to make a character gets first pick on what power they get. There are 5 affinities, each power gets one. There is water, fire, earth air, and animals. You need to pick on of those to develop with your character. The usual stuff comes with that, you can control your element, and that element doesn’t affect you. Also, you will each be allowed to add something, or change something within the power if you’d like. It has to go along with the power already, and you have to ask me first. I’m pretty lenient, but nothing outrageous like “They can never be defeated, they can control everyone”. Also, YOU need to come up with a weakness and strength that pertains to your affinity or power. Not a weakness like “My affinity is fire, water is my weakness.” No. Personality related. For example, the power of persuasion, that person tends to trust people too quickly and is easily broken-hearted. But they are also extremely caring and loyal to those they love. One more thing, pick something like, strength agility, speed etc. for your character, physically.
-- Being able to manipulate particles. You are able to walk through things, making things intangible. You have to be touching it for it to work. Since you can manipulate particles, you can fly, or "walk on air." Not telekinesis. And you can't teleport. (Reserved as of now)
-- The power of persuasion. By touching a human you can persuade them of anything, with animals the same way. You can develop your power by practicing, and be able to "persuade" an animal to do something by concentrating. (Takes a lot of time and effort to develop) But even with out knowing of your power, animals seem to trust you more easily than anyone else, even if they are wild. (Taken)
-- You can hear extremely well. You can make it sound as if a noise is coming from else where in a room or building. You can copy any sound or voice. You can make someone hear something in their head, your voice or anything. You can't know what they are thinking, though. You can hear through any storm as if it is calm. (Taken)
– You can make illusions. You can make an entire forest with your mind. You and other people can tough it, hear it, smell it, any of the senses. Once you think it away, it goes away. Nothing stays. Nothing is actually real. Food won’t help you survive, but you can taste it. You cannot directly kill someone with this, for example, make a gun, then shoot someone; it doesn’t work that way. They will feel the pain, but it won’t actually do any damage. (Reserved as of now)
-- You can see infrared. You can see perfectly in the dark. Looking at the sun doesn’t bother your eyes at all. You also have x-ray vision, being able to see through walls. Also, you have the ability to see all around you. You can close your eyes and see a 360 degree view of your surroundings. Your vision itself is perfect, nothing that an ordinary human wouldn’t see.

Whatever your affinity is, that tends to revolve around you. For instance, if you are very thirsty and your affinity is water, you will stumble upon a stream that you wouldn’t have found if your affinity wasn’t water. For fire, making a campfire will only take a matter of minutes for you. Wind, a cool breeze might come if you’re hot, Earth, you need a place to hide, a cave will be there.
Volunteering Time! I need one person to have their character NOT win the grand prize. They "won" before the rest of the characters and have been in held captive in Facura for a couple months. They are experiment 4356. If someone makes a character who is very rebellious, has leader type qualities, smart, or just very destructive I would prefer them to be 4356. You won't be a part of the role play until a little later, but it would be worth it for you because you will be the most powerful. You've had your powers for the longest time, and you know what you're doing more so than the others. You also know about Facura and what it is doing. You will be the one to tell the others that they are building an army.
4356 is taken as of now. I doubt I'll change my mind about this person, so be prepared to have your character board a plane.
P.s. Certain aspects of your powers don't work in the Facura facilities. I will go into more detail later.

"I hope there are cute boys that come," was all Emily said in response, which made all four of the girls begin laughing. Maria, one of her friends went to get a pack of M&Ms out of the candy machine, while Cassie went to the bathroom. Calista and Emily were left in the room alone. They were still talking about the trip when another one of the winners and their friends walked in. The two girls looked their way.
"What are your guy's names?" Emily said and flashed a gorgeous smile.
"I'm Adam, Adam Cassidy." Adam said. "Ready for the trip?" He asked casually. Might as well get along with the people who'd he'd be cooped up with for a weekend.

Collectibles
