The following log is taken from the data chip recovered from a camera in the facility at the Lenados Headquarters in Delrue Valley, Zexion 7.

There are three monitors. Each of the three had a

different person tied down to a medical table. A doctor, female, was over them with a

syringe. The first was a pregnant woman, apparently in labor. She was in pain, her husband

over her as they were going through what they thought was a normal birth. The doctor

injected the woman with the clear fluid. Her pupils dilated and she seemed to relax, going

limp. She then started thrashing about, the force of her movements enough to force out her

child, a little boy. She breaks the confines, charging at her husband's arm, ripping off the

flesh with her teeth. She then takes her child and eats him. Blood splatters everywhere, the

doctor backing up into a protective transparency room.-

Doctor: Subject reacted...negatively with the Alpha strain. Scans show that subject believes

it is still with child. Consumption of the flesh is gaining the alleged "nutrients" it would

need to sustain it's "young". Subject is still alive, beating heart, active brain waves, and

reflexes are in visual proof. However, ration is lost in subject number

three-five-zero-seven. I recommend more research on this subject, or the recreation of it.

We'll need more "donors" to complete the test of the Alpha strain."

-By the time she had finished talking, the woman had killed both husband and child. She ran

angrily around the room trying to find some kind of exit. She failed, and flung around

madly, as if in a temper tantrum. She flung around madly while armed men entered the room

with AK-47s and gunned the body down until only their rounds were making it jerk. They then

shot the child and husband, leaving a explosive charge in the room. They escort the doctor,

who adjusts her glasses, out of the room.-

-13 seconds pass before there is a crack, and the screen cuts to black.-

-The second screen revealed a man left in a room along the walls were sharp blades and

spike. _

-The doctor was within a concaled room, again with a transparency.-

Doctor: Subject number five-seven-two-nine has merged with the beta strain. He has been

released to test with the "effectiveness" of physical merging.

-The patient sat strapped down to a chair. He gripped tightly and started to shake

violently. He struggled against the confines on his arms, moving hard enough to break his

own arms at the wrists. He screamed in pain before going limp. A few moments pass of erie

silence.-

-The confines were released on the patient, who stood up and looked around. He used the bone

from his arms and gouged out his own eyes. He didn't react, showing no sign of pain. He

walked around the room, running it's body through the various spikes and blades. They stuck

out of his body in grutesqe and violent ways-

Doctor: Subject is reacting as expected, albiet without showing any form of pain. I believe

this experiment can continue on to phase two.

-A door opens and a man is thrown into the room. The patient turns around, sensing and

hearing the new presence and attacks, running straight into the man. He screams in pain as

he is impaled by the blades, the paited pulling backwards. As the man falls to the ground,

the patient looks down, lifting his arms up and constantly stabbing the fallen man with the

blades and spikes. Blood splattered along the walls as his flesh, blood, bones were torn

from his body. The feed is cut it can continue.-

Misson Directive: With the Lenados on the rise again, it is our top priority to cripple them in the early stages of resurrection. With one fatal blow, such an objective can be achieved with minimal bloodshed while still sending a message: UEG will not stand by during acts of terrorism. There are three stages: Extract personnel, eliminate Lenados strong points, crippling their operations, and removing valuable intel, mostly bio-weapons and intel on further projects.
Method of execution:
I. Intelligence: With security being high within the region for both Lenados and UEG forces alike, this will be done with civilian equipment. No form of military equipment will be used in this stage. Team I will handle urban and site recon, Team II will handle the jungle/forest areas, Team III will handle the interior fortifications and provide routes to take in and out of said areas. The process must be handled with extreme delicacy and precision. The slightest mistake can cause the Lenados to lash out, something not needed at the moment.

II. Preperation: Fort Vickers will have everything necessary to stage the operation training. The team will need to be prepared to handle any and every possible outcome. This is no walk in the park. Though the entire operation is to be quick, it is multi-staged and designed to be executed quickly. The first involves two top priority personnel, the informant and the researcher. They are to be extracted, if a failure, eliminate them. There are to be no forms of a trace, period. Secondly, the execution of the high command at the found staging base. They are expected to be meeting up and taking care of final preparations for a chemical bombing, using a new agent. Third phase, the extraction of all useful intel on the Lenados and chemical weapons. Their tactics are dirty, if we can take the chemicals, they can be analyzed to find cures or even eradicate a chance of doing extreme harm. Final stage is to be execute immediately: eliminate all personnel not in the priority list, equipment, data, and
any other possible information that the Lenados might even think they can use.

III. Execution: The operation will take place in 14 days after approved JOPCOM. Mission is Priority ONE. This will be a crippling blow if executed successfully and properly. The operation is of the highest classification. Exposure is an act of treason; immediate discharge and possible execution are imminent of all parties exposed. Do not take this lightly. Teams will be selected only after approval and will be trained intensely before the day of operation. To all parties involve, good luck and god-speed.
