She has been accused of murdering her best friend. Though unbeknownst to her, it was actually her current boyfriend who has been framing her. Her boyfriend slept with her best friend, Anastasia and threatened to kill her if she tried to tell his girlfriend about it. Her boyfriend found out that Anastasia was going to come clean with her and before she was able to tell her that she slept with Mason, Mason got to her first and murdered her. In the end leaving behind a bit of evidence that would link the murder to his girlfriend. Mason hasn't been heard from or seen since.

He's been a cop for about five years now and has never seen a crime like this. In the past he's dealt with her family and knows that she would never murder her best friend, but sadly he's the only one who believes that she had been framed for murder. In the past he always believed she was nothing more than a cold, manipulative bitch but after dealing with her case and trying to help her prove that she was wrongly accused he began to realize that what he believed was far from true. He ended up falling in love with the woman. But what happens when his boss and fellow employees find out? Will he be removed from the case because of personal reasons and beliefs and in the end have her go down for the crime she had never even committed?

Hanna sat in her living room, watching television and drinking a soda, still in her pajamas. The night before was a long night, one that part of her wished she didn't have to go through. Anastasia was murdered, there was no way she would be able to handle going through this on her own...but she is completely alone. The blonde was interrupted from her mourning when the doorbell was rang.
Hanna stood to her feet and made her way over to the door with a soft sigh before opening it, finding a police officer standing outside her door. "Um, is this about Anastasia's murder?" she questioned. Just when she was about to welcome the officer to come inside he spoke, "You should come with us. We have some questions and evidence to show you," the male stated.
The blonde nodded her head at his words and opened the door for him to come inside. "Would you mind if I got dressed first?" she questioned as the officer stepped inside and nodded his head. "Thanks. It shouldn't take any longer than ten minutes. Make yourself feel at home and have a look around if you must. I'll be right out," she stated before closing the door behind them and making her way through her home to her bedroom.
What the hell was going on? she thought to herself as she began to rummage through her drawers to find something to wear. After getting dressed she brushed through her hair and did her makeup, which only took about ten minutes like she promised. Hanna slid her purse over her shoulder and on her way over to the door she turned the television off.
"Alright, I'm ready to go," she stated before she followed the officer out to the vehicle and climbed into the backseat. The male closed her door behind her and climbed inside before driving off to the police station.
Upon arrival, she was escorted into the station and told to have a seat in a room with a camera and nothing more than a table and a couple chairs. "Sit right here. I'm going to go get the officer working the case."
Hanna nodded her head at his words and placed her purse on the table in front of her and sat there, looking around, waiting on the officer to come in.
OOC: I was thinking that your character could come into the room and begin asking her questions about Anastasia's murder and show that there were a couple things they found at the scene that belonged to her. Whatever the items are you can make them up.

He knew what today was. A busy and long day. There was a new case that made him freak a little. From what he knows of investigating a few people. Hanna Sinclair was the best friend of Anastasia. A young girl who was murdered. But somehow everyone thinks that she murdered her.
He has found a few objects that lead to Hanna being the person under attack as the murder but something in him made him feel that she may not be the killer despite the evidence.
"Hanna Sinclair come with me." With that he began to walk into a room and he sat down at a table and looked at her.
"So Hanna lets get straight to the point. Did you kill Anastasia?" He said looking at her.

Once the officer stepped inside the room she heard the words she so dreaded to hear, "So Hanna let's get to the point. Did you kill Anastasia?"
Hanna couldn't believe it, she rolled her eyes and spoke, "Of course not. Ana was my best friend I would never do something like that! Ever! Why do you think I'm the one behind it," she questioned, not being able to keep her thoughts to herself. This entire case was stupid, she knew she didn't kill Ana and she knew that someone was framing her and nobody would ever come to believe her. Hanna knew she would end up going down for it if she didn't find away to prove herself innocent and find the person who did it.
Come to think of it, she hadn't heard from or seen Mason since before she heard about Anastasia's death. Hanna immediately shook the thoughts from her head, Mason wouldn't do something like this...would he? I guess it could always be possible. No Hanna, he wouldn't hurt your best friend. Hanna became lost in her thoughts as she spoke with the officer.
He listened as she spoke and he glanced down at his watch and then looked at her. "Well then who did? If we found stuff that belonged to you and her with fingerprints on it of yours including the murder weapon."
He said taking out an evidence bag of the box, with a long knife covered in blood. "Prints match yours, so who is it then, Ana, you need to help me so I can do my job."
He asked looking at her carefully.

Hanna sighed as she leaned back in the chair and shrugged her shoulders. "I - I don't know," she answered before going silent for a couple moments. She couldn't believe it took this long to think about it, "You know, I haven't seen or heard from my boyfriend since the murder. I know this is probably a long shot, but I think he may have something to do with this. He would usually speak to me at least five minutes a day and I haven't heard from him in two weeks."
He knew this girl when she was younger. She was a terrible liar but he also knew that he couldn't just make assumptions with his job. He listened as she spoke and he wanted to know more.
"So if your boyfriend did do it. Why would he do it?" He asked Hanna. Listening to the silence of the room he decided to hound her with another question. "And if you didn't do it, why wasn't it his prints and not yours?"
He asked her.

Hanna couldn't believe what she was hearing, how was she supposed to know these things? "I don't know why he would do something like this? I'm not sure if this has anything to do with what could have happened but I have been having suspicions he's been cheating on me. As for the prints...I don't know. He could have put gloves on before touching them and planted them being sure I was the last one who touched said objects. I don't see why I'm answering questions about the evidence you're supposed to be studying? I'm not the officer, you are," Hanna finally answered before leaning back in the chair once more and folded her arms across her chest as she looked at the officer.
He couldn't believe all this. "Listen don't question a police officer. I know what I am doing. Listen. I don't think you did this. Even though it points to you. I don't think you did it. But a lie test should help your situation better. Would you be up to it?"
He asked her wonderign if she would agree.

Hanna sighed and rolled her eyes at the man's words. Just because he was an officer it didn't give him any kind of positioning to speak to her the way he was. She was innocent. "Of course I'll take the test. If that's what you need to prove my innocence, I'll do it. Though I don't see why I'd have to do it in the first place. I wouldn't even hurt a fly," she stated as she crossed her arms over her chest.
"Are we doing that today or do I need an appointment for it? I'm just asking because I never had to do a lie detector test."
"Okay no appointment let me call someone its going to take a few minutes so you can stick around while I get the guy to come."
He said looking at her. "Everything will get better I promise Hanna."
He called a person and came back to Hanna. "He's going to be right here."

Why the hell do I need to go through all of this? I'm still mourning my best friend and because of a stupid idiot I'm in the middle of it, everyone thinks I killed her. Why would someone think that? Hanna sighed as she tried her best to keep her thoughts to herself. She didn't need to make a scene, it would just make people think she truly is guilty, which was something she was honestly just trying to avoid.
The moment Jake returned she let out a soft sigh and she was drawn away from her thoughts. "Alright," she responded before sitting there patiently, waiting for the guy to come in and give her this stupid lie detector test. She had to prove she was innocent, she just had to. Hanna didn't need to deal with this during the mourning of her friend. All of this was just bullshit. Complete and utter bullshit. There was no other way to explain this.
