General Appearance:
Nobuo has a pale and fragile appearance, that which bear a resemblance to achromia due to the lack of pigment in his skin and pink tinged eyes. Because of this, his skin and sight have a tendency to be affected by direct sunlight, so it's common to see him carrying around an umbrella on particularly sunny days.

His dress code is soft and delicate, usually sporting pastel colours and long sleeves. However on the pants aspect, apparently the only thing he owns is shorts- which he makes up for in colourful knee-high socks.

Because Nobuo can be rather callow, he depends on the people around him who are willing to help. He's warm with his words and painfully kindhearted to anyone who's willing to lend an ear. It's rare to see him in a state of imprudence, and between his friends, he has an almost canine devotion. He's foolishly naive when it comes to judging people's principles, as a result of believing everyone has a sliver of good in them. However when it comes to his own decision making, Nobu is extremely cautious and hardly trusts his own gut. If he had the choice to pass on the stress of selection, he'd do it in a heartbeat.

Any form of authority conflicts with his feeling of secutity, so being personally targeted by any higher official causes him to clam up almost instantaneously. (Explained in his bio) This can affect his respect towards elders since sometimes his sentiment merges with the latter. In general, he tends to keep quiet , especially during meetings or group conversations, but that only highlights his attentiveness to the information being given. Nevertheless, this shy tendency won't keep him from asking questions if the subject perks his interest.

Even with the cruel condition the world's in, he's manages to keep an optimistic outlook. However, as time drags on, his ability to keep his head held high tire and reality slowly creeps up. Despite this, he swears to use his powers to aid those in need even if that means he'd die trying.

tl;dr A naive kid, who's probably not ready for whatever he's getting himself into. He's basically a puppy with an impulsive mind but a kind soul. Please handle with care.

Nobuo has the ability to manipulate most living entities, such as plants and animals, along with simple element conjuring and slight weather phenomenons. Although he can physically tap into the earth's energy, most of his moves consists of communicating with nature itself and allowing it a chance to react through his commands. He can mimic several forms depending on his surroundings, but these are more for defense then direct infliction. However, some abilities can be unpredictable and difficult to control, especially if he's thrown into a more sterile environment.

Weather:
Because of his unique bond with Mother Nature, his emotions often trigger and influence sudden weather change in a small radius around him. However if he wishes to directly play with weather, his controlled area has a much wider range. But due to its unpredictability, Nobuo tends to stay clear from this unless in dire need.

Communication:
As I mentioned before, Nobuo can directly speak to the life around him, including vegetation and animals. He can sense and/or understand their emotions and with verbal or subconscious speech, ask for its aid. This allows him the potential to calm down any hostile creature that may feel threatened due to its inability to comprehend the situation. If any foliage is still receiving nutrients and energy from soil, or even healthy soil itself, Nobuo is able to read and comprehend their state, which allows him to familiarize with his surroundings.

Plant & Earth Manipulation
From weeds to flowers, soil to rock, Nobuo has the ability to directly manipulate the earth around him. So long as he has a sliver of life in his vicinity, he's able to spread his control across soil and occasionally through weak building structures. Unfortunately some aspects are extremely vulnerable to fire attacks and/or pollution ridden areas.

█【 HISTORY 】

Only child born to a single father, Nobuo didn't have a luxurious childhood but was raised comfortably. Not only did his father perform both roles but he also made sure Nobu saw a friend in him, despite working more strenuous hours than he would have liked to. Often being home alone, the boy learned how to take care of himself from an early age and picked up small activities to keep his mind occupied. He spent most of his time alone but he honestly didn't mind so long as he had his father to depend on. With every chance he had, Nobu's father brought him to visit the research facility which he worked and showed him the study of Botany though his and his colleagues' handiwork. Nobuo's interest instantly latched onto everything the branch of biology had to offer and his love for the earth and everything involved thickened. His fascination with his father work truly made him optimistic to what they had to offer to the world. Time felt as though they had changed it for the better, but as years dug into the soils of fate, it had only proven the opposite.

As they always say; all good things must come to an end.

The Tokyo incident of 2159. The blast had caused the deaths of thousands and what erupted from it caused much more. If it wasn't for Mizuko's word of advice, Nobuo's fate would have been the same. Unfortunately, his father's position made him a victim to the flood of monsters and was attacked under a case study of the blast. With the impossibility of recovery, his father set his last request for Mizuko to take care of Nobu in his stead. In shock to what had happened, the boy was glad to be around someone who was close to his father but it still had taken him months to cope with the loss. But thanks to Mizuko generosity and his father's lasting persistence, he eventually got back on his feet and continued with his life.

However, it didn't take long for Nobu to realize something was different. Especially during the months of his of his recovery, odd unexplainable phenomenons began to happen around him, seemingly caused by him. He explored this new power to test its boundaries and found his skills rather flattering to his own interests. With them, he sought to aid the world any way he could, even if it only splintered a smig toward the greater good.
