She's aloof and discreet, usually keeping to herself and hanging out alone. Her modest and mysterious personality, mixed with her good looks, can make Veronika look rather intimidating. Even though she is only fifteen years old, she has quite a reputation around the school for being cold-hearted and sneaky. She not only inherited her mother's beautiful appearance, but she also inherited her dad's intellectual brains. Her parents raised her to be a very well-mannered and well-behaved girl; she never gets in trouble and her grades are all usually straight O's. But she can be quite adventurous and curious at times. Her calm demeanor can be misleading, as she's learned how to manipulate people through the years using her looks and reputation. She's extremely good at reading people and at using their weaknesses against them, to her advantage. She's independent, quiet, and effortlessly charming, but she can also be quite cunning, honest and harsh. She may act selfish at times, but if you cross her, her family or anyone she deeply cares for you are in for big trouble.

Just like her mother, Veronika has a special fixation in Charms and loves the subject too. She knows how to speak Russian, English and French, and is currently learning Latin and Greek. She learned how to perform the Patronus spell when she was in fourth grade, it taking the shape of a fox, reflecting her sly and misleading personality.

Her father was born and raised in Russia and her mother was born and raised in France. Vee grew up as an only child until she was seven years old, when her sister Tatyana was born. Then, three years later, her other sister Kristina was born too. The three girls were raised in the same household in the outskirts of London. Vee was homeschooled for a couple of years before attending Hogwarts, learning fluent Russian and French because of that. She has a very good relationship with her parents and wants nothing more than to make them proud of her.
Her father has an unusual obsession with magical beasts, an obsession that he passed down to all of his daughters. The three girls love reading and researching about all beasts and usually can be found in their house library reading Newt Scamander's encyclopedia.
