Personality: One thing to say off the bat is that he is lazy. If it doesn't involve computers, food, or his power, it likely will not interest him. To demonstrate this fact, he is often seen taking naps in class, or just lying around in random places. He is a computer nerd and isn't really afraid to admit this fact. If you manage to strike up a conversation with him about computers, it wouldn't be a rare event if he starts blabbing about computers.
People sometimes say that he's a good listener, mainly because he doesn't really talk unless needed or willing. It could also be because he doesn't really care but he still listens anyway. You can sort of tell that he's a sarcastic person but rarely builds on to this. He lets other people decide on whether he's mean or nice, it's not like he cares either way.
As mentioned before, he gets interested in something if it involves his powers. While training or in a fight, the first thing he says is "Would you like me to take a look at your hard drive? Don't worry. You won't feel a thing." Fighting itself, though, he absolutely hates.
Random Note: Though he speaks like an American, he likes to sometimes add terms that he thinks are British in some of his sentences. Well, sometimes. He just finds this amusing.

Powers: Technopathy. Technopathy is the ability to control and manipulate electronics with the mind. A more exact definition would be the ability to manipulate technology. Manifested as a special form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation, a special form of "morphing" which allows physical interaction with machines, or even a psychic ability that allows for mental interface with computer data. An example would be that he is able to ‘look inside’ the computer and can either extract all the data, knowing all the info in the computer, or change the data inside of it, making it be something else entirely.
It can be anything really. Cell phones…televisions…iPods, but the computer is his ideal type of machine. With a computer he can pretty much fix anything on it. Like a virus or someone trying to hack it.
Almost like an add-on to this, Seth has the power of telepathy, minus the part about mind reading. He can look inside your head and, like a computer, tell it what to do. Some might call it manipulation.
Weaknesses: In order for any of his powers to work, he has to first make contact with the person or object. For a machine, he has to always touch it until he’s done with whatever he’s doing. For a person, he has to touch them while commanding them and them he can let go. He can call off a command when he touches them again and tells them to stop. Also for a person, they have to be awake and so does he.
This next weakness only applies when manipulating someone. Manipulating someone takes a lot of his physical and mental energy so this in turn limits his power and makes him weak. It’s like after he uses this power on a person, he’s completely drained of energy and then has this urge to either eat something or just fall asleep. It could be his body’s way of trying to feel better again.
