Culver City is unbelievable to all those who first see it. Its sheer size makes many feel overwhelmed when they enter it for the first time. These people however, do not see what many in Culver City know, that the city is dying. Gangs, Crime, Poverty, etc. all act as cancer cells, rotting the city from within. The worlds most advanced city still cannot escape from the problems of the old world, and it will make it crumble. The government and those who lead make it seem like the city is a paradise, even when their strings are being pulled from the shadows. Most citizens of Culver City pretend not to notice, going about their daily lives as if nothing is happening, blinding themselves to the illness. However, it can no longer carry on like this. A few weeks ago, a bomb exploded on the fifty-third story of the Capital Building. The vast majority don't know, but on this floor the leaders of the strongest organizations in the city were meeting.

Those pulling the strings were gone, and those with ambition plan to take over, and they plan to go through anything that gets in their way. Battle has taken over many of the streets and protests are being destroyed by the Mayor's private forces, killing anything trying to make a stand. The Mayor finally has freedom from the old leaders, the ones once being ordered are giving orders. All those in between must now not fight for the city, or try to save it, but try to survive it.

The year is 2042. Culver City has been under quarantine by the national government. They have tried to send troops in to contain things, but they have made little ground. There are several factions, including the Mayor's Forces, One of the New Gangs, Military, and neutral (Or trying to stay out of it). The goal of all these groups is the vault located on the fifty-fifth floor of the Capital Building. Due to the explosion, going up from the ground is impossible and good luck not taking a bullet trying to use the roof.

This roleplay is very free-form and will moved forward based on interactions more than me trying to press it forward. Mechanical Augmentations are available, but if you choose to have them you must describe how you acquired them. Also, the stronger the force your working for, the better the augmentations. So someone working for the military will have better augmentations then a neutral party, for example. Leaders of Military and The Mayor will be NPC'd.
