A group of ten people wake up in a dingy house, not knowing where they are or how they got there. Each and every person fills groggy and not well. A single television lays in the middle of the room they wake up in, next to a safe. On top of the television is an envelope and a tape player. With a sudden and sharp static-like sound, the t.v mysteriously kicks on.

After all of the static clears, an image of a doll turned sideways emerges. It eerily turns it's head to face front. It's eyes pierce everyone in the room, as if it can actually see them. It's mouth draws open like a puppet's.

"Hello everyone. I would like to play a game. Each and every one of you are here for a reason, what ever that reason may be. A very toxic gas is pumping through your lungs, and if anyone is familiar with the Tokyo metro gassing, you get the point. You all have two hours to live and three hours before every single door in this house is locked forever. Located in the safe you see in here are two antidotes to the vicious poison. The combination to the safe is in the back of your heads. More antidotes are hidden in various places around here. Can you work together, and save yourselves? Do you have what it takes to live? Live or die. Make your choice."

The television cuts back to static, the noise setting the horrible mood.
