Adrian chuckled when Lucas admitted he had no idea that he was Ian Bishop. He already kind of knew that that was the case, but it was funny to think that Lucas' sibling was a fan, it made it just even more funny on how oblivious Lucas was. It was pretty surprising that there was even someone around who didn't know who he was. He was quite popular, and even if someone didn't listen to his music or hated him, they still knew who he was. People didn't generally go around hating people they've never seen. Still, it was a nice change of pace, and a felt much more welcoming than the rest of the school.
When Lucas attempted to talk about himself, it seemed he wasn't too comfortable with the idea. Which didn't seem too out of place, there were plenty of people like that, or just didn't know what to say about themselves. He'd have to remember to be more direct with his questions later if he wanted to know something specific. Still, what Lucas gave him was enough to work with, though he didn't really need much to go off in the first place. It wasn't like he even planned to start talking to everyone about Lucas, he was sure that privacy was important to Lucas just as much as it was to himself. He could work with a few of the hobbies given if he needed to make up a story, but for the most part he just planned on giving vague answers.
Once they ended up at Lucas' house, Adrian smiled,
"Alright, I guess I'll see you tomorrow then. Feel free to text me whenever, I don't mind at all." Adrian waved goodbye and Lucas then headed in the opposite direction home. Thankfully, it didn't lead to any encounters with other fans or anyone else from school. It was actually a nice and quiet walk, something he kind of enjoyed for a little while.
He was home before the rest of his family had gotten back. Which, he'd have to get used to. He knew his mother and father worked late most days and his brother had friends and after school clubs. He would be all alone until dinner time, which made him feel just a little lonely. He shook off the feeling as best he could and grabbed backpack and went upstairs to his room. He had his own work to do. Plus, he did have to tell his girlfriend about what was going on before the news of him having a boyfriend ended up everywhere. He was prepared for that, but he was sure that his actual girlfriend might feel a little differently about the situation if he wasn't the first to talk to her.
After that he had some homework, then he figured that he could spends some time writing some new songs or just playing the piano or guitar. It may be lonely to come home alone, but it was still nice not to constantly be busy with touring and writing new albums all the time. It was relaxing and strangely quiet.
