In 2015 a peace treaty was signed between all nations to prevent wars from happening. A year later a group of people who were against the treaty formed a organization to try and set countries up so a war would brake out, but for them to do that they needed to aim for the heart-where the treaty was first decided, announced and signed- and pit it against another country so that the treaty would become obsolete. +Nein, a sort of "military" made up of people from all around the world to protect the heart and the treaty was formed soon after the world leaders found out about the organization, so it could protect the world from war.

+Nein is a military, it has bases all around the world but the main headquarters is stationed in Germany(where most of this will take place). The military is formed from people all over the world who qualify, they are given a special license to state they are a +Nein soldier. Within the military there are three groups, each with a different area of focus:

Angriff Gruppe - The people who either look for the organization's headquarters or stop conflicts involving the organization. They usually are given the heavy weapons and ammo.

Verteidigung Polizei - The people who defend the heart of the treaty; Laciena, Germany, besides for dealing with people from the organization who sneak in they also deal with inner conflicts. This group has limited spots and never are they allowed to leave city grounds.

Guardians - They are people who are at every +Nein base, quite a few tend to be stationed in Laciena but most are partnered up with Angriff Gruppe. They focus on healing and being medics.

The Head:
Kommandant - The head of +Nein, makes the main rules and gives the leaders special missions, commands and orders.
Leaders:
Führer(Angriff Gruppe), Häuptling(Verteidigung Polizei), Regisseur(Guardians) - They command the three groups, each of them has their own custom, specialized weapon and special privileges.
Vice Leaders:
Angriff Vice(Angriff Gruppe), Abwehr Vice(Verteidigung Polizei), Wächter Vice(Guardians) - They are co in command and help the leaders run each group. Each of them has a special orb that will grant them minimum use powers dealing with their group.
Third In Command:
AG Betreiber(Angriff Gruppe), VP Betreiber(Verteidigung Polizei), G Betreiber(Guardians) - They are third in command, mostly dealing with trouble makers within their groups and transferring information between groups.

First off: No there aren't flying cars. Anyway, technology has advanced, but it's only used for weapons, city development, medical purposes and fighting off the organization. The kinds of weapons they have usually range from laser guns to swords with a blade of pure electricity. There are also special shops for you to make your own custom weapon.
