Personality
Hailey is a small girl with a strong sense of justice. Petite and soft-spoken, it should be of little surprise that she avoids conflict. What is likely more surprising is the extent to Hailey's pacificism. She does not make a habit of speaking to those who are callous or physical towards her and is more likely to lay down and take it if someone were to pick a fight with her. None of this is necessary, however, as Hailey almost never travels alone and some of her friends are more than willing to fight on her behalf. Hailey is deeply troubled with the state of the world and just as critical of its vices. Beneath her gentle words is a strong conviction against what she percieves as evil. She frequently travels with her best friend and de-facto bodyguard Arcea.

History
Hailey was born and raised in Jubilife City where she was kept busy doing chores until the call of Arceus eventually roused her from her tedium. Her parents were accepting, but only because they wanted to sell Hailey's newfound strength into slavery like many others. Thus, they accompanied her to Mt. Coronet. When Hailey received her pokespirit she was bombarded with second opinions. Myra was cynical, she saw what was going on, and she wasn't going to let Hailey's parents work her to the bone. Myra attempted to convince Hailey to kill her parents, to ensure that they never mistreated her again, however Hailey could not find it within herself to do this and fled instead, traveling to Children's City. She attempted a stint at being an entertainer at the juice hall, but was decidedly unpopular on account of being rather quiet and occasionally being mistaken for a boy. After some time scrounging an existence as a citizen, Hailey went on to find inspiration in Arceus and aid in the construction of a stained glass window for the newly founded Church of Arceus, thereby becoming it's founder by virtue of what appeared to be divine right.
