Priam Bannic
Humans and Supernatural Beings have existed on the planet Earth for as long as Humans have been recorded, but soon enough, the Human population began to grow suspicious of the differences in the different races, finally realizing that something needed to happen to these beings. In 1492, Columbus set sail to find new trade routes, knowing not two important things. The first thing was that he would not sail to the Indies, but to America. The second, was that he had quite a few stowaways that shared his journey. The Spanish government kept a large secret from it's community, as did many countries of the world: the existence of beings far more superior than Humans themselves. When the governments of the world sent their best men to capture these beings, the beings fled, migrating to new and unoccupied places.
By the year 1500, there were only around sixty beings left, whom decided to seperate into six groups. As generations came and left, they grew into bigger populations, where the government began getting curious again about them. In the 1800's, whole civilizations were massacred. The only descendants that lived met in an unpopulated place on the west side of America. From there, the few descendants split into eight small groups, and began anew, creating small families with one or two children each. Fearing for their lives and the lives of their children, these beings took the groups into different places around America.

To the North West is the Grebic Priam.
To the South West is the Evaridge Priam.
To the North East is the Thaddegus Priam.
To the South East is the Sheppard Priam. (Water Fey Children)
To the North Center is the Delaney Priam.
To the South Center is the Bennet Priam.
To the Mid-West Center is the Vetiare Priam. (Earth Children)
To the Mid-East Center is the Elias Priam.
(Type of Being will be decided as characters begin...erm...roleplaying this particular story.)

These are just the places where each of the families life. The Priam represents/is a clan/family, if you will. The name before Priam, is the common last name or clan name. Bannic is all of the Priams considered together. Not every being is or has to be supernatural. In the present, the Priams are much more efficient and smart. The beings look just like Humans, but can shape-shift into whatever they please. In some of the Priams, the youngest are the last to know the secret. It became tradition that the Priams meet every twenty years, to make sure that they are still in tact. Yet, they are still being watched. Who are you? Are you even Human? Be careful, even then, to know who is who. Your kind could just be against you...
