Red Riding Hood isn't a little girl anymore. Now, after her parents were slaughtered by a werewolf, she has become a vicious hunter who slays the terrible beasts who come near her village. But that is the least of Red's problems. She has a little sister to take care of; a sister who is always running off into the woods and is getting into trouble. And, the woodsman's son Corey (can be changed), is Red's next target of business; she's liked him since the day his dad saved her life. With so much going on, Red doesn't realize that things in her large town of Red Wood, located far in the mountains of Europe, is being controlled by a sinister curse that only one creature has control of.

But when the werewolves start to get worse, Red understands that something is out of the ordinary. After meeting a strange young man, by the name of Salem (You can change the name), she feels like the village is growing darker. More people are ending up dead with their blood drained, and Red knows it's not the work of werewolves. Meanwhile, her sister has fallen in love with a werewolf named Kieren (name can be changed), who holds the key to why the village has had such a dark aura lately. Salem is a vampire, and he has taken over the village of Red Wood with an evil curse; he uses werewolves to kidnap people and drain them of their blood, and soon, he plans on taking over Red Wood and sucking every last person dry.

Red and Corey must team up together to stop Salem and revert the werewolves under the curse back to their original state. But Salem decides he has something special in store for Red, and struggles to control Kieren who is resisting his power. Red's little sister must choose who she is sides with, as well as understand her sister's pain. So much chaos, unleashing into Red's world at once.

And so, the story beings. What will become of Red Wood and its inhabitants?

Characters;

Red - Red is a young adult now, and after a painful childhood of losing her parents and having to take care of her little sister, she finds the solace of killing off werewolves who try to attack her village. But she never knew that Salem was the one behind it. Having a strong attraction to the Woodsman's son, she finds herself caught up in a world with love, death, and responsibility. Taking care of her sister has never been easy, and having to juggle it all while keeping her own secret of being a werewolf hunter asks a lot of her. But she's Red Riding Hood. What can go wrong?

Red's Little Sister - She's a young girl, around 15 to 16, who is still maturing and is currently going through a curious and rebellious stage. Disobeying her sister's orders every night, she finds herself going out into the woods, exploring. But once she meets a werewolf who is not so mean, she ends up falling in love with him, and learns that he is struggling to resist the power of an evil vampire who is taking over Red Wood Village and is behind the deaths that have been piling up. She badly wants to save Kieren, but she can't do it without her sister...

The Woodsman's Son - He's liked Red for a long time now, and he doesn't exactly know how to tell Red that she is the most beautiful thing he's ever seen. But either way, he is Red's best friend in the entire world and keeps her secret sage and sound wherever he goes and to whom ever he talks to. He always has a bad feeling whenever something bad is going to go down, but he always warns Red in time. But when Salem starts coming around Red a bit too much, he has his suspicions. He would do anything for Red.

The Werewolf - He is a strong werewolf, from another village. He never had any troubles hiding his secret until Salem captured him and put a curse on him. But he isn't like the other werewolves; his soul has willed itself into two halves, and he can resist Salem half the time. But when he can't, he wakes up in the morning covered in blood with Salem petting his head and handing him a bloody body part to eat. When he meets Red's sister, he finds hope that maybe, someone can help free him from this curse before Salem destroys Red Wood and himself.

The Vampire - As I said, his name can be changed, I just call him Salem for now. He is an older vampire, young and handsome by appearance, but a psychotic master mind with many abilities and powers up his sleeve. He is the definition of evil, and he plans on taking over Red Wood, sucking it dry, and leaving to another. And maybe, he'll have a few companions along with him. He's been eyeing Red lately, and he finds her alluring. But his struggles with the werewolf cause anger, and Red getting in the way causes a few set backs. He is determined to take over Red Wood, and he is determined to take over Kieren's soul.
