At Chichibu Academy, there is a special classroom that caters to problem students who don't fit in with the rest of the school for whatever reason. This class, class 1A, is known by its members as the Talent Appreciation Club, a place where anyone's odd and unconventional hobbies are accepted and appreciated without judgement, a place where one can feel happy and loved. XX
To the current five members, Class 1A is a safe haven, and to the rest of the school, its nothing more than a laughingstock. So of course, when a new transfer student is miraculously allowed into the class only a week after his first day of school at Chichibu, the members of 1A are not at all pleased. He may not be welcome yet, but a little perseverance can go quite a long way. XX
