Great, just great... I'm starting to feel drowsy. Thanks, mom! Ugh. The world is starting to spin so much that I fall on the floor and bruise my leg. The world stops spinning and turns black.


Mother, the woman who i owe my life and my addiction to. She started an empire of drug addicts with powers that harm themselves more than anything else. She stands in front of me and holds out her thin, pale hand. I quickly hand her a small bottle of honeysuckle nectar. She smiles her wicked smile. That is my mother, the crazy woman. She drinks the bottle in record time.
"Get more, it's the only thing you're good for. I would trade you for a honeysuckle any day!" She says to me sounding high as usual. I nod and pick some more from the backyard. I resist drinking nectar, that's what my mother wants. She wants me to be insane, wicked like her. I open the door and enter my large castle. Mother is laying on the floor. Some servants lift her and take her to her room. This is a normal day of my life.
I stare at the white honeysuckle in front of me. I look at my hand, it is shaking. My head is throbbing. No! I take the honeysuckle and drink a few drops of nectar. I feel normal again... As normal as possible. I hear a loud boom come from the castle. A bombing! The other nations must've bombed the castle for honeysuckle nectar. The servants come down to see me.
"Miss, your mother e-exploded! What happened?!" a servant asks.
"She has passed on. There is nothing we can do." I simply say. I go out to pick more honeysuckle. The wicked woman must've been so mad about me, I'm too normal, too useless, too stupid, too everything. The world turns to black again. I get up off the floor. Great, another flashback.

I was walking home from school drinking a bottle of honeysuckle juice when it happened. I had my first hallucination.
*I was standing in a meadow surrounded by honeysuckles. There was a stream nearby and it got bigger and bigger until it was all I could see, then it splashed water onto my face. The water was cold and it felt like death.*
I came back to reality dreanched in sweat. My face burned red, and I, aware that people were staring, woozily ran home. I would have to watch that in the future. I sat on the edge of my bed and wondered what the hallucination could mean. After all it was just a random side affect of honeysuckles, but I have never gotten one before, and this one seemed to be especially meaning-ful somehow. I couldnt shake the feeling that I was still drowning.

I leave home to get some food, I am starving. Aw, the school that I went to as a kid. It is named after my mother. Ximix Middle School. So many children, probably more than 90% are addicted to honeysuckle nectar, so sad. One child is definitely addicted, she has copper skin and dark, curly hair. She is very pretty, but she is sweating and twitching. She suddenly runs as fast as she can. I look at my necklace, it has a blue crystal in it. My mother said it would grant a wish if it would help the people of The Empire. This was before she hated me. I silently wish for a brighter future for this girl. I continue on my way to get food. I stop by a restaurant and get a nice dinner with a glass of honeysuckle nectar, of course. Some people were amazed to see me, some were angry, and some were hopeful, hopeful for a better future. The next day, i was required to give a lecture about the affects of honeysuckle in Ximix Middle School. What if I see that girl again?
"Hello, my name is Galda Ximix, the leader of The Empire. The Empire started growing honeysuckle many years ago. Now, almost everybody in The Empire is addicted. The side affects are hallucinations and even strange powers. Don't think that these are good powers, they are bad powers. I have a power, but I can't show you. It would be deadly." I say trying to persuade the children not to drink honeysuckle.
"What are some facts that you know and would like to share with the class?" I ask the children. The class is full of hopeful children, they are the future of The Empire, I don't want them to be addicted to drugs.

I am in school listening to a lecture about honeysuckle when it happens again. The last thing before it was Galda Ximix looked over at me, and there was something in her glance.....it looked like recognition. Where would she have seen me before? Then the room started spinning.
*I was in a dark forest this time. I somehow knew danger lurked all around me, but I couldn't see it. The deeper I walked into that cold, dark forest, I felt like the more hollow I became.I was so deep in that I felt I was nothing but a shell. I heard a yelling in my ear and the forest went black.*
The forest was replaced by a roomful of staring kids. I feel faint. Why does it happen at the worst times? I feel like the hallucinations mean something. Up onstage, Galda is saying,"The hallucinations usually last 1-5 minutes, and they are usually based off of reality." So how come mine aren't? I raise my hand. Galda stops talking and I get that look again. Like she's seem me before. Like she knows me and hopes for my future. She calls on me and I start to ask to go to the nurse, but stop. It seems that the hallucinations are caused by thing that aren't normal, it would be good to keep my life as normal as possible. I put my hand down and mumble something like 'never mind."
Then it hits me.
Galda looks at me like she knows me.
A hallucination where I don't know myself.
A hallucination about drowning, and what happened the first day.
I need to go home.
Suddenly the thought is too awful to think about.
The people the first day were drinking water instead of honeysuckle.
#My sister. She has bags under her eyes and is very ill. The honeysuckle affected her more, and she is on her deathbed. "Please, sis" she croaks. "May I have some water?" I rush to find some for her. When I come back, she is dead.#
