The world of Aelaris is very different from our own in that it consists of multiple realities. All of these realities are under the protection of a group of gods known only as the Pantheon. The Pantheon sends elite, otherworldly heroes known as the Vanguard to protect these different time periods, dimensions, or realities of Aelaris from all sorts of threats and dangers. Cruel tyrants, powerful beings, evil deities, and many other menaces plague the world, and it is up to you to protect Aelaris from all who would destroy it.

As a member of the Vanguard, you were once a mortal on this battle-tested realm. Something you did attracted the attention of the Pantheon, and now you are reborn time and time again to protect Aelaris in your afterlife. Will you accept the responsibility?

Alright, with classes..I don't want this to be completely generic. Be creative! There are five basic archetypes your class can fall into, but after that..make something up that sounds cool to you.

Melee Frontliner
Magic Caster
Archer
Rogue Type
Support Type

These are baselines, be creative if you can! Even if you use a generic type of class, put your own spin on it. Include class name and description of abilities, strengths, and weaknesses on the class section. As long as you can keep your class limited and not overpowered, your creativity will not be hindered by me.


Hopefully you're still reading..the world of Aelaris will be created as we go. There will be a variety of regions, and I hope you'll help flesh out the unqiue qualities of these areas as we go to them. As of right now, Aelaris will be divided into five regions. A central plains, lake-dotted region, a northern tundra, a western desert, an eastern forest, and a southern savannah. Beyond that, the plotlines and cultures are not set in stone at ALL and I encourage you to help move the story forward as much as I do. If you have an idea for the next "big event" our heroes must face, then PM me the details.
