Dextris Vaniyan's Story

Dex had decided that he wanted to go out tonight to one of the raves. Usually, he would have one of his people do so, but he had been acting lazy and now he needed to show his face. He didn't dance, was never one for that shit, so he stayed in the shadows or just off to the side. He had managed to sell to everyone he had talked to and looked over at a drunk dwarf and smirked. "Hello, looks like you are having a grand time. Rave treating you right?" He asked with a chuckle.

Cherono was having a great time tonight. He'd been drinking, as usual, though not as much as he had that one night. He didn't want to upset Jasper again, nor did he want the twins to have to help him home. He'd hated feeling like a burden to them. He looked up when a particularly handsome elf approached him with gleaming red eyes and dark hair. Cherono couldn't help but to grin a bit. "It sure is," he said with a chuckle. "How about you? I haven't seen you at one of these before," he responded. He stopped dancing a bit so he could talk without his voice being too shaky, and he took the opportunity to fix his ponytail now that he'd stopped moving around.

Dex laughed a bit, "Well I am glad, would hate to have them chase a handsome dwarf like you away. We don't get many here sadly." He said and looked around to check to make sure before looking back at him. "I usually do but have been lazy these last few. Horrible I know." He laughed a bit and shook his head. "I see we have a few new faces, but yours was the one that stood out the most. I just had to talk to you." He said.

Cherono couldn't help but to smile a bit when the tall elf called him handsome. He was really fucking tall and Cherono loved that. He chuckled a bit when the man said he'd been lazy the last few times, and his face went a bit red when he said that his face was the one that had stuck out the most. "Well, I'm flattered," he said with a grin, downing the last of his drink. "Walk with me?" he asked, nodding towards where the garbage was set up before going to throw out the empty cup. "My name's Cherono. What's yours?" he asked, curious and intrigued now.

Dex was liking how this was going. "Of course." He said and walked with him to the trash and looked down when he said his name and then asked for his. "Cherono? That is a handsome name too. Your parents did you right." He said and chuckled. "Dextris, but everyone calls me Dex." He said and hurried to pull Cherono out of the way of a falling man. "Watch it." He growled at the guy. The guy looked up, glaring and then saw who it was and said sorry to both of them before hurrying to his feet and stumbling away. "Sorry about that." He sighed and moved away from him.

Cherono smiled when the man said that he liked his name. He was about to thank him when Dex suddenly pulled him out of the way of a falling man. His face went red when Dex growled for the man to watch it. He quite liked how this was going so far, watching the man leave before looking up at Dex. "I, uh - thanks," he said with a grin. "Guess I owe you one?" he said with a chuckle. "Can I buy you a drink?"

Dex smirked at the way the dwarf went red and chuckled, "No problem, people need to be careful. Ahh no to the drink, but would you like to buy something else?" He asked and held a small baggie up a bit, showing him what was in the baggie. The dwarf didn't seem like a druggie, but newbs were always welcome. More money in his pocket.

Cherono blinked in surprise when Dex held up the little bag. Ah. So the charm was just his way of selling his drugs to unsuspecting drunks. Not what Cherono had been expecting. He smiled politely and shook his head. "Oh, no thanks. I like to just stick to my booze - the music and the dancing get me high enough as is," he said with a chuckle. He'd tried the drug thing once or twice back when he'd first started partying but it just wasn't for him.

Dex looked at him with some respect, "hey it is all good." He chuckled and slid it back into his pocket. "But I meant everything I said before. I will still find you first in a crowd." He winked. "Now let me let you get back to that dance floor," He laughed a bit, "you looked like you owned the world out there." He said and nodded before walking off and talked to a guy who looked at Cherono and shook his head. Dex nodded and patted him on his shoulder before going have a seat by some of his friends.

Cherono grinned when Dex told him it was good and he went a bit red when Dex winked at him. "Well, feel free to come find me in the crowd any time," he said, shooting Dex back a wink before the elven man walked off. He headed back to the dance floor and got back to it, but he couldn't shake the funny feeling that Dex had left with him. He wanted to see some more of him. He found himself sneaking occasional glances at Dex, who seemed to be sitting with some friends.

Dex had gotten up after some time, he wanted that damn dwarf as his own. He was bound to suck him into his little thing, even if the damn midget didn't want to. He might od had some confidence, but Dex was sure he could easily break it. All he needed to do was get into his house and do his little act and ron de vu with him, then sneak off and get a layout of his house, take his keys, and let him know who owned him. When he got to the dwarf he smiled, "I can't seem to stop thinking about you, Cherono... what have you done?" He chuckled.

Cherono was thoroughly enjoying himself, sneaking peeks at Dex whenever he could. When he saw the elven man coming his way, a shiver ran down his spine. He looked up at Dex and a slight smirk came to his lips as he heard his words. "Nothing intentional, I swear. I suppose I could ask you the same question, though," he said, grinning a bit. At this point, Jasper wasn't even a thought in his mind. All he could think of was the dangerously sexy man in front of him.

Dex smirked, "Well then who knew I was good enough to run through your mind." He chuckled and shook his head. "Looks like we are both occupying each other's minds, but... how about we go back to your place and occupy something else?" He asked and crossed his arms somewhat as if almost to dare him to. "I mean... if you are into going home with guys that is, don't want to impose." He said somewhat softly.

Cherono couldn't help but to chuckle a bit when Dex questioned being good enough to run through his mind. A smile spread across his lips when Dex suggested going back to his place. Why Dex hadn't suggested his own place, he wasn't sure, but Cherono didn't much care. Just to head home with this guy was a victory to him. "Believe me, as cute as the girls are, I'd have no use for them if I took any of them home," he said with a smirk. "That sounds like a great idea. Follow me?" he said, and offered Dex his hand rather tentatively.

Cherono slept well until he was roused by the feeling of someone poking his cheek. He grumbled a bit until he heard the person's words. That definitely wasn't Dex, so who the hell was in his house? He blinked away, his hazel eyes widening at the sight of the man standing over him. He looked around, an instant feeling of dread filling him when he saw that Dex was sitting at the end of the bed, accompanied by four men. "D-Dex..?" he asked, immediately concerned.

Dex smirked, "See... told you his face was handsome. His ass is nice too but the rest of him." He laughed. "You will see when I decided to share him. Anyway to business I guess..." Dex leaned over and smirked. It wasn't like the one before, this one was dripping with sinister intent. "Glad you are awake, freak. So here is how this is all going to go down. You are now owned by me. You do as you are told or there will be punishments and not the hot and kinky kind. You will tell me now if you have any family or friends here, where you work, and so forth. Today you will introduce me as your boyfriend. You fuck up and you get punished. The basement seems like a nice little place to lock you up." He smirked.

Cherono stared at Dex as he spoke, not quite sure what exactly was going on and definitely not liking what he was hearing. "Excuse me?" he asked, shaking his head. "I know I said last night that I was all yours but this is crossing a line, Dex. Take your creepy-ass friends and get the fuck out of my house," he said, glaring at him.

Dex laughed, "Oh you though you had a fucking choice in all of this." He said and moved a finger around before looking at the guy who had woke Cherono up. He nodded and back handed Cherono so hard he fell over a bit, "You were saying, freak? I can do a lot worse. You want to find out exactly what I can do?" He asked. "Now spill." He growled, getting tired of Cherono's little shit.

Cherono let out a pained cry when the man hit him and knocked him over. He scrambled to pull himself up into a sitting position again, his hand coming up to cradle his stinging cheek. He glared at Dex. "I don't have to tell you shit. Now get out of my house. Don't make me tell you again," he said. His heart was racing. What could he do to get out of this one...? He could always get his siblings when he had the chance - Istrain and Haera could both kick some ass, after all, and he'd heard good things about Birger's fighting skills. Dex had threatened to lock him in the basement, though, and he couldn't reach his siblings from in there - and with how unpredictable his scheduling usually was, they probably wouldn't even notice he'd fallen off the grid until at least a few days had passed without any contact.

Dex sighed and got up, "You really are an annoying piece of shit, ya know that?" He asked before gripping his hair and dragging him out of bed and down towards his basement before dragging him down stairs and flinging him. "I guess your stupid ass can stay down here and we can find out exactly who your siblings are if you have any. It won't be hard seeing what midgets are in town." He said and walked up the stairs before closing and locking it. He barged the door just incase the idiot tried to get out.

Cherono's eyes widened as Dex grabbed him by the hair, yelping out in pain as Dex dragged him to the basement. He cried out when he landed roughly in the basement, immediately scrambling to get to his feet and rushing to the door, which Dex managed to close before he got there. He banged heavily on the door. "Let me out! Stay away from them!" he shouted, panic immediately setting in. "I-I'll tell you, just please stay away from them!"

Dex laughed, "Mmm that was easy." He said. "Spill and then I will your stupid ass out. Then we will discuss business." He said. One of the men commented on having a go at him and Dex growled. "You will have him when I let you, got it?" He told the man and he nodded before leaning back against the wall. "Talk." He growled at Cherono.

Cherono wasn't too keen on talking to the door, especially with not being able to see them and what they were doing, but he wasn't about to take a chance on letting any of his siblings get hurt. "Four of my siblings live on the island. I have an older brother, an older sister, and two younger sisters," he replied. He wasn't sure how much Dex wanted from him, and he wasn't about to volunteer anything more than what Dex asked for, so he paused to see if Dex would prompt him for anything more like what their names were or who their families were or anything like that.

Dex listened and then rolled his eyes, opening the door and yanking him out by the hair once more. "And?!" He growled, getting pissed. "Names, addresses, jobs.... I want everything you fucking midget. Or am I going to have to fucking beat it out of you?" He asked and threw him on the floor.

Cherono cried out as Dex yanked him out by the hair and threw him on the floor, cowering a bit in fear. "Okay, okay!" he said. "Just please don't hurt them...my older brother's name is Istrain. He's a trader - travels a lot, and lives with his girlfriend Haera Keavaris. I don't know the address, I just know how to find it. My older sister's name is Barynn. She runs the jewelry shop, Garmold Glitters. Lives there, too - please, please don't hurt her, she's pregnant..." He couldn't believe he'd gotten himself into this mess, or that his siblings might get hurt because of him. "And my younger sisters are named Yoranda and Unarelle - twins. They were staying in a hotel but I think they left it and are both staying with Yora's boyfriend Birger at the Swinging Ax. Please don't hurt them...they're just kids..."

Dex knew Haera and Birger. Her would have to be careful around them two. He decide to put a little more fear into the freak. "Mmm a pregnant sister and two young girls huh? I think one of us here has a pregnant fetish," One of the men snickered, "And I do like my girls a bit young." He smirked. "Are you going to be a good pet and listen from now on? Or am I going to have to drag one of those girls here and make you watch as I make them suffer?" He asked..

Cherono trembled when Dex spoke, quickly shaking his head. "N-no, that won't be necessary...I'll do what you ask, just please stay away from my sisters," he said. He already hated this, but he doubted it could last forever. He'd figure out a way out of this. Besides, what could Dex possibly want from him? If he was seeking out this much information to hold over him, it probably meant that he wasn't just going to kill him and be done with it, which meant Cherono would probably have opportunities to get help or to get out.

Dex saw his face and smirked, "You think you have a chance, but you tell anyone and that pregnant sister much just have to give up that baby... and those two little sisters of yours... well... if they are pretty enough I can have them be my little pets as well. Now get the fuck up and go shower. We have shit to do today." He said and looked over at his boys, "You all can stay here. Make yourselves at home, but keep this shit clean. I don't need people coming here and it looking like a damn mess." He growled.

Cherono trembled a bit and nodded, scrambling to his feet and rushing to the bathroom. He shut and locked the door firmly behind himself and started up the water, anxiously looking around the bathroom. There had to be something in here that could help him out. Growing up there had always been a book of puzzles in the bathroom because Gamaya enjoyed them, and he probably could have used that somehow - a pen would be useful, after all, when trying to get help without Dex knowing...but Cherono had never picked up Gamaya's enjoyment of puzzles. He'd just have to take this one step at a time and figure it out as he went. He got in the shower and started to clean himself up, trying his hardest not to cry. Everyone was going to kick his ass once they found out. Istrain, Haera, Luther, Birger - they'd all be pissed when they found out he'd accidentally put the girls in danger.

Dex waited outside the bathroom and smirked, things were go well for him. He looked at one of the guys and told him to go get the shackles at his house along with a mattress and some other things he would be needing in the future. He was going to make the little thing suffer. A groan escaped his lips before laughing, "Ugh the fucker." He said to himself before knocking on the door. "Hurry the hell up." He said.

Cherono jumped a bit when Dex knocked on the door and told him to hurry up. He finished up as quickly as he could, towel-drying his wet hair so it was just damp and then wrapping himself in a towel. He went to the door and tentatively opened it. "Are you...are you gonna tell me what to wear?" he asked rather tentatively.

Dex smirked down at the midget when he came out and asked if he was going to tell him what to wear. That made him feel a bit warm inside and every pet should be rewarded, right? "No, you can dress yourself." He said and shooed him off before following him into his room. "First you will take me to your sisters and introduce me to them as your boyfriend. Make it sound like you are happy and don't overdo it. If you do just know there will be consequences." He said.(edited)

Cherono hurried into his room. He opened up a bottom door, promptly pulling out some grey dress pants and a navy blue dress shirt. He kept a handful of plain outfits around in case he needed them, and he was hoping right now that wearing a plain dress shirt would hint to his siblings that something was up. If Dex asked, after all, he could just tell him that the bright and colourful shirts were just what he wore for parties because he enjoyed them, and that he wore plain shirts during the day. He got dressed quickly while Dex spoke, figuring it didn't matter much since Dex had already seen him naked. He looked over at Dex as he started to button up the shirt. "Just my sisters? My brother will know something weird is going on if he doesn't get to meet the new boyfriend too," he said in a tentative voice.

Dex looked him over and glared before shaking his head, "Sure, we can meet him too." He said and ushered him out of the door. They walked until they got to the city and then looked at him. "Show me the way, pet." He said.

Cherono nodded a bit when Dex led him out and headed into the main part of the city with him. He had a feeling that Istrain was his best bet. He wanted to be sure they saw Barynn during store hours, though, just so they'd know they were safe - and he figured it would be best to put off visiting the twins as long as possible. That way it'd probably be evening and there would be people in the tavern. "We'll go see my brother first, then...just because he's really out of the way," he said, starting to walk in the direction of Keavaris Village. At least, he hoped Istrain would be at Haera's house - and that Haera would be there, too. He had a feeling they'd have no problem kicking Dex's ass, and then coming over to his house and clearing out the assholes who'd run it over, too.

Dex eyed the short man and shook his head before walking with him. When they got to the place he looked at Cherono and motioned for him to knock. Haera wasn't there unfortunately. She had been gone for a couple days now since she had a job that was on the run so it would only be Istrain in the house.

Cherono headed up to the door and knocked. There was a moment's pause before Istrain arrived at the door. He smiled when he saw Cherono, and then blinked at the sight of the really tall elf. "Well, holy shit. You found yourself a giant," he told Cherono, and Cherono let out a slight chuckle. "Yeah...I guess I did. Is Haera here? I wanted you guys to meet my new boyfriend," he said, but Istrain shook his head. "Nah, she's out of town for a few days," he said, before turning his gaze up towards Dex. "So, you're the new boyfriend? My name's Istrain. Big brother and ass-kicker," he said with a smirk, sticking out his hand. "Istrain," Cherono warned, and Istrain laughed a bit. "I'm only teasing. Well, mostly," he said with a grin.

Dex smiled, putting on the face he had for Cherono. "Hello, the names Dex. It is a pleasure meeting you." He said and shook his hand. "He said ass kicker, Cherono. You said he was a trader, not ass kicker. I was not prepared." He joked a bit. "Ahh I know Haera though. She is very known for her role of kicking ass. Really not surprised she decided to date one too." He smiled. The guy was small too, but he wondered how good his fighting skills were too.

Cherono laughed a bit at Dex's comment, shaking his head a bit. "Traders are ass-kickers," he said, trying to play along as best as he could despite his heart racing. Istrain chuckled as he shook the man's hand, nodding a bit. "Yeah, Haera's great. Almost kicked my ass the first time I met her. It was a draw. I let her pretend that she won, though," he joked with a smile, looking over at Cherono. "We'll have to stop by some time after she gets back. I'm sure she'd love to meet Dex here," he said, and Cherono nodded. "Yeah, that'd be great," he said. "I'd love to stay and hang out a bit but we probably should be on our way. Dex wants to meet everyone, so we're going to see Barynn and the twins too," he said, and Istrain nodded. "Sure, sure. I don't blame you," he said with a grin, looking up at Dex. "Cherono's a great guy. Don't hurt him, you got it?" he asked, his tone teasing despite the wicked glint in his eyes. He had always loved giving his siblings' partners a hard time. It was hard with Barynn dating Luther, who didn't take him seriously at all, and Yoranda dating Birger, since they were friends, but now he had someone new to mess with.

Dex smiled, "I wouldn't dream of it." He said softly and looked down at Cherono. "I think we can team up and kick whosever ass does try to harm him though." He said before waving and letting Cherono walk him to the next one. "You did good, " He chuckled and when they were well away from the house he looked down at Cherono. "You keep up the good work and I won't shackle you in the basement. You will be free to walk around down there." He smirked.

Istrain couldn't help but to grin when Dex said they could team up and kick ass together and he nodded. "Sounds good," he said. "See you guys later," he told them before closing the door. He got a weird feeling about the guy, but he seemed nice enough and Cherono looked happy, so that was all that mattered to him.

Cherono started walking to Barynn's shop, looking up at Dex when he told him he'd done well. "I'd really rather not be trapped in the basement at all," he said softly, shaking his head a bit. He was getting hungry, and figured once they were done at Barynn's place he'd ask Dex if they could go get some food. They reached the shop and headed inside, and Cherono was relieved to see that there was a couple browsing the jewelry, which meant they weren't alone. Barynn was sitting behind the counter and she smiled when she saw him come in. "Hey, you. You're a bit early for lunch," she teased, standing up and coming over to give him a big hug. He smiled, hugging her back. "I know. I'm not here for lunch. I actually came to introduce you to my new boyfriend," he said with a grin.

Dex looked down at him, "That sounds like a personal problem I don't really care about, Cherono." He said flatly before walking into the jewelry shop and smiling when he saw the couple and then Barynn. She was a gorgeous woman who he wouldn't mind having for himself. Though he acted like she was just a pretty stranger. He held out a hand, "Hello, the name is Dex." He smiled softly and softened his red eyes, trying not to scare the woman. "Nice shop you have. Didn't know Cherono was related to the new jeweler. Everyone talks about you beautiful pieces." He said and as if the couple were in one his plan they nodded with a smile.

Barynn smiled up at Dex as he offered his hand and she gently shook it. "Dex! What a nice name. It's nice to meet you," she told him politely. "I'm Barynn. And thank you so much!" she said, grinning. "Having my own shop has always kind of been a dream of mine, so actually being here and having one is just the best thing ever. And hey, my jewelry pales in comparison to Cherono's shoes," she teased, and Cherono chuckled a bit. Barynn suddenly blinked, smiling. "Are you two going to stay long? I think Luther is bringing James over in a bit, if you don't mind waiting. I'm sure Luther would love to meet your new man, Cherono - he really likes you, always speaks so highly of you after we see you," she told him with a grin. Cherono doubted that Dex would want to stick around to meet Luther and James, but looked expectantly up at him to ansswer.

Dex chuckled at Barynn, "Well it is always nice to see someone living their dreams, it sure does make them shine. Also congrats on the baby. Cherono said you were expecting. New life is always precious. I have sister down in the kingdom who is about ready to give birth in the next month. She is really hoping for a girl and yet her husband swears up and down it is going to be a boy. As long as it is healthy I will be a happy uncle." He lied but smiled softly. Then he frowned a bit, "I wish we could stay. It is bad enough that I asked him to take time out of his busy schedule to let me meet his family. I just got a bit excited. Cherono is a lovely man and I just knew his family would be too." He smiled and shook his head, "But maybe we can take a rain check? I would love to meet Luther and James." He said softly.

Barynn grinned as she heard Dex talk. "Oh, that's wonderful! I'm sure you'll be a great uncle. My boyfriend just became an uncle not that long ago and he loves his little niece so much - and his brother's super excited about us having one of our own," she said with a grin. She nodded when Dex told her that they couldn't stay. "That's fair. But you'll definitely have to come meet Luther some time," she replied. Cherono smiled, nodding a bit. "Definitely," he agreed. "Una's not here - is she with Bir and Yora?" he asked, and Barynn nodded. "Yeah. She usually is anymore," she said with a laugh, shaking her head. "I don't know how she can stand to be around them. Maybe they tone it down when she's around, I don't know. I'm just glad Una's got a friend other than Yora," she said with a smile, and Cherono nodded. "Yeah...me too," he said, and then looked up at Dex. "Shall we?" he asked, tentatively taking Dex's hand in his.

Dex smiled, "Yes, we must meet him too." He said and looked over at Cherono when he grabbed his hand and smiled softly. "Still can't get over how small your hand is. I love it." He said softly and chuckled before saying his goodbyes and waving softly. He walked out with Cherono and smiled at him, "Now to the young ones, yes?" He asked with a chuckle.

Barynn giggled a bit when Dex commented on how small Cherono's hand was. She had definitely heard Yoranda mention Birger saying the same thing. She said goodbye to them; something wasn't sitting quite right with her but she wasn't sure what it was.

Cherono walked out with Dex, looking nervously up at him. "I was thinking we should probably eat first. I don't think we can even get to them just yet - if they're cooped up inside the tavern we'll have to wait until it opens," he said. He wasn't sure it was entirely true - he had a feeling that Birger would let them in to see the twins, but he wasn't entirely sure and figured it was safer to assume that wasn't the case. It'd be safer for the twins anyways, since the tavern would be full of people - people who, from what he'd heard, could be quite protective when it came to Yoranda.

Dex stopped walking and looked down at him, "fine. Where you you want to go eat? And you better not try anything stupid." He said and looked around.

Cherono raised an eyebrow in surprise when Dex asked where he wanted to eat. For a second he thought about going to see Hannah and Georgina, hoping he could get a message to them discreetly somehow, but he didn't want to risk dragging them into it as well. "There's a pretty good place near here where Barynn and I sometimes go, we could go there," he suggested.

Dex nodded and let him lead to the place. Once there he ordered and let Cherono order for himself before looking around the place. People stared, which was fine he didn't care. "I am really excited about what I have planned for tonight." He chuckled.

Cherono was surprised that Dex let him order for himself. He thought momentarily back to the time Jasper had taken him out and ordered for him. What would Jasper think when he found out what was going on - if he found out what was going on. "I'm not sure I want to know what you have planned for tonight," Cherono said dryly, not looking at Dex.

Dex smirked, "probably not, but for me it will be. Then tomorrow my friends will have a go at ya." He said lowly so just him heard. "Didn't anyone tell you raves coukd be dangerous?" He smirked and shook his head. "I have your house keys. You can give me your work keys when I drop you off. Don't think you can run away and tell someone. I will have someone watching you the whole time. When you close I will come get you. Which when is it that you close?" He asked.

Cherono winced a bit when Dex said that he had his house keys and would take his work keys. "I close whenever I feel like it. If I have a lot of work to get done I stay late and get some of that done. If not, I just go home when it starts to slow down. It really depends how much work there is to do," he replied. It was the truth, after all - Cherono did the work that needed to be done, and headed home when he had everything under control and minimal work to complete the next day.

Dex thought about it, "Well now you close at eight. I won't be waiting all night for you. If you are really busy than nine." He said and looked at him, waiting for him to protest. He wanted Cherono to give him more reason to beat the shit out of him. Dex was being nice now, he knew how this all went down. He had done it before, maybe he would show Cherono what happens when people didn't listen to him.

Cherono sighed when Dex told him he had to close at eight and he nodded. "Fine. Eight," he replied. This wasn't worth getting in a fight over. Cherono intended to pick and choose his battles very carefully and this one wasn't worth it. If Dex started talking about his family or anything like that, though, then Cherono would fight. But little things like closing at eight, he couldn't really complain about. It was better to just go with it.

Dex smiled, "Look at you, learning so fast. I guess that big head of yours isn't just air then." He laughed and shook his head. When their food came back he thanked her sweetly and watched her walk away, slightly staring at her ass. "Mmm I can't wait to meet those younger sisters if they look anything like Barynn. Them lips... damn..." He chuckled before laughing. "I know of the twins, by the way. James and Luther... I have been staying under them and Uncle Q radar for years, same with Haera and Birger. So... if you think you have a chance at getting out of this alive." He smirked. "Good luck."

Cherono awkwardly looked down at his food, cringing inwardly a bit when Dex commented on how Barynn looked and on her lips. "What do you mean, staying under their radar?" he asked, raising an eyebrow and looking up at him slightly. "Luther's some, like, rich philanthropist who builds homes for the homeless and shit like that. I don't think he gives a shit about some creepy-ass drug dealer who kidnaps dudes for no apparent reason - at least until it's his girlfriend's brother, because I'm pretty sure he likes me, so he'll probably be pissed if he finds out," he said with a shrug.

Dex's eye twitch. "You were doing so damn well... I guess you really are an idiot. Easy, drunk, no good stupid dwarf who is only good at making shoes. You don't even know shit about your sister's boyfriend. Damn are you dumb. He has killed armies of men. He is the son of the previous Black Market King. How you think he got so damn rich? Man... no wonder your damn ass got into this situation. Any smart person would have looked at me and turned me away. Now hurry the fuck up. We have two young girls to get nice with." He smirked.

Cherono's hazel eyes widened as he heard Dex speak and he stared at him for a second. He hadn't heard anything about this. "Well...shit..." he said, shaking his head a bit. If he got the chance, he was going to have to ask Barynn about all this. Maybe there was a good reason why Istrain didn't like Luther after all. He looked back down at his food when Dex commented that they had two young girls to get nice with. "You're probably only going to get to talk to one of them," he said, but started eating again.

Dex shook his head, "Doesn't matter. As long as I meet her." He was done eating and quite frankly tired of hearing his voice. So he stayed silent. When Cherono was finished he paid and walked out with him. "Birger is at his tavern, well I know he lives at the top of it so." He said and walked. "Unless you are trying to prolong it. We could always go back to your place and I can show you what I was talking about earlier." He smirked.

Cherono finished up eating reluctantly, not wanting to take Dex to see the twins but knowing he had little choice. "Obviously I'd rather prolong it, but I'm also not interested in finding out what you were talking about. Here I thought I'd be going to work after I finish introducing you to everyone since I have some damn shoes to make," he said as he started to walk out with Dex, heading in the direction of the tavern. He wasn't sure what time it opened, so he wasn't sure whether or not he'd have to knock or whether he could just head up to the counter and ask Birger for the twins, but either way, he hated it.

Dex kept his cool and didn't smack him like he wanted to. When they reached the tavern Dex walked in with Cherono in tow. Birger looked up with a smile only to lose it. "Dex..." He said and Dex nodded. "Hey, heard you were dating my boyfriend's sister. Small island." He laughed. Birger blinked and looked behind him to see Cherono and then back up at Dex. "Since when do you keep boyfriends?" He asked. Dex waved a dismissive hand and sat, patting the stool next to him for Cherono to sit. "Since I came out of hiding. Kind of kept to myself for a while... didn't really feel like myself." He sighed. "So... are his younger sister's here? I would love to meet the final too. I ment Istrain and Barynn. Istrain is pretty funny... going to have to hang with him sometime." He smiled and Birger huffed and sighed before going get the girls and telling them Cherono wanted to introduce them to his boyfriend.

Cherono followed Dex to the tavern, blinking slightly when he saw the way Birger reacted when he saw Dex. He was almost relieved, but Dex managed to talk his way out of it as Cherono tentatively climbed into the seat and st beside him. He waited while Birger went to get the girls, a bit nervous.

Unarelle had been awake for a while and was reading when Birger came to get them. She was wearing a simple outfit. Yoranda, meanwhile, had only just gotten out of the shower and finished getting dressed. Her eyes widened when Birger told them that Cherono wanted them to come meet his boyfriend and she nodded, hurrying down after him. Unarelle set her book aside and followed. The second she saw Dex, though, she stopped dead in her tracks and moved behind Birger slightly. "I don't want to," she whispered to him in a small voice. Yoranda walked right up to them, a grin on her face as she climbed up on to the seat beside Cherono's, and then on to the counter. She slid over so she was sitting on the counter between the two of them, swinging her short legs a bit. "Hi!" she chimed cheerfully, eyeing up Dex before looking towards Cherono. "Is this seriously your boyfriend? Because hot damn. Where did you find a five-course snack like this?" she asked with a slight smirk, a wicked glint in her brown eyes.

Autumn huffed, "I see how it is, not pretty enough for ya huh? Maybe I should just go and get you a burly man." She smirked and matched his pace for a bit before smacking his ass and picking up the pace so she was ahead. "Sleeping all the time... tis..." She said and smiled at how she was in the lead.

Dex looked up when they came back and gave the one hiding behind Birger a soft smile before looking at the one climbing over Cherono to get to him. "Uh... hello... so... Okay Hi I am Dex... Cherono told me about his siblings and I was uhh really wanting to meet you two." He said and looked at Birger. "I am guessing the sweet one is the one you are dating. Nice choice..." He said before gently scooting her away from him and scooting Cherono closer to him. "Look at this face, this is a five-course snack... though he is your brother and that is a bit weird." He laughed softly before letting go of Cherono softly. Birger scuffed, "No the one on my damn counter is my soon to be ex if she keeps this shit up." He said and turned to Una, "You can go back up if you would like." He said softly.

Cherono was a bit relieved when Unarelle refused to come down, and he actually laughed aloud when Dex commented that the sweet one must be the one Birger was dating. Yoranda blinked in surprise when Dex scooted her away and pulled Cherono closer to him, a smirk on her lips. "Not my idea of a five-course snack, but I'm pretty sure it's only you opinion that matters anyways," she said with a laugh. she blinked in surprise, shooting Birger a playful glare when he commented that she was his soon-to-be ex if she kept this up. "All I said was that Cherono's boyfriend is a snack. Damn, babe. You know you're my favourite snack," she said with a giggle before looking over at the two of them.

"Okay, now, you have to tell me everything. How'd you guys meet? Hell, when did you guys meet?" she asked with a smirk. "If this has been going on longer than like a week and you're only just now telling us I'm gonna kick your ass," she told Cherono, but he quickly shook his head. "No, no - we just met yesterday. He came into my shop," he said quickly, before Dex would have a chance to answer her, and then he looked expectantly up at Dex for him to answer further. Yoranda giggled a bit. "So he came into your shop and you just knew right away you wanted to be together? Ugh. That's so romantic," she swooned, just about melting right there on the counter. "I pretty much felt that way when I first saw Bir but his big ass had to take too damn long to figure it out and let me go off and date fucking Luther and get my damn heart broken first," she said with a giggle and a shake of her head.

Unarelle nodded quickly when Birger said that she could go back upstairs. She already didn't like this guy. She didn't know what it was about him, but she had a really bad feeling about him. She went part of the way upstairs but stopped outside the door. Just being in that man's presence for a minute or so was long enough to make her feel unsafe and she wanted to make sure she could still see Birger, so she sat on the top step so she could still see Birger without having to see Cherono's new boyfriend. She didn't like this one bit.

Birger glared at her, "Mhm... but it is Dex so." He said and shrugged before smirking since he remembered kicking his ass once or twice. He was a damn good fighter, but he also knew he was an asshole too. He let the girl talk with the two and kept an eye on Una, winking at her whenever he looked back.

Dex blinked when he said that they met at his shop and smirked, his family didn't know about the partying. He wanted to laugh but went along with it. "Ah yeah... needed a new pair of shoes and heard some great thinks about the new cobbler in town so.., I went and saw how handsome he was. I actually left then was like... nahh I can't let that one get away and walked back." He said. Birger wanted to gag and then sighed at his girlfriend. "Excuse me not wanting to be wound up in that hotmess of a family thing." He said and Dex blinked. "So... wait... she has been with Luther and so has Barynn? Am I missing anyone else who has also dated this man?" He asked. This family had its own fucking issues but he was going to let that be.

Cherono put on a fake smile when Dex commented that he'd seen how handsome Cherono was and had come back in. If the circumstances were any different, a comment like that would have made him blush. Yoranda rolled her eyes a bit when Birger commented that he didn't want to be caught up in their hot mess. "Yet you let me drag you right on in," she told him with a smirk before looking back at Dex. "Yeah. Luther and Barynn broke up for a while and then I started dating him instead. And then Luther realized he's actually in love with Barynn so he dumped my sorry ass and went back to her. It'd be so fucking romantic if I hadn't had to get my heart broken along the way," she said with a laugh, shaking her head. "But no, it's just me and Barynn. Una's too damn shy for dating and Cherono literally just got here," she said with a laugh. "And Istrain's so damn in love with Haera...ugh," she gushed, giggling a bit. "So you're gonna have to tell me more! I want every detail. Dex, what'd you say to him when you went back in the store?" she asked, eager to hear more about this. "Honestly I thought Cherono was gonna hide in the closet for fucking ever," she said, and Cherono blinked. "You knew?" he asked, and she stared at him. "Of course I fucking did. We all know, Cherono. Damn," she said, shaking her head a bit and giggling before looking back at Dex. "Now, tell me everything," she insisted, her brown eyes shining.
