Welcome to "Sarah's Room", its the top facilities for therapy of kids 12-17. Within in the last year or so you have had a traumatic experience and the law along with your therapist and or parents have sent you to the 15 bed, 6 bath, and 3 half bath house 5 minuets from Daytona Beach. This is where you meet 21 year old Sarah Riley who is you mentor, guardian, and "therapist", She was raped by her best friend when she was 13 and after years of putting her life back together she got in contact with the Federal law which is now sending children with similar stories like hers to her so they can tell their stories, listen to hers, and heal.
Her methods of helping you are different then any other, she takes you guys to the beach, movies and even camping. Only once a week do you guys have a group session in her room where you can talk about school, the past or your friends back home. It doesn't matter as long as you say something, on the anniversary of "The bad day" she lets you choose where to go as long as its in the state and as a group you all do it. Slowly you guys make friends and maybe reveal your secrets to each other, in group and outside.
