Kogaru Ashimata is a kind guy that lots of people like and wish they could hang out with, but he only spends most of his time with Alice Ashfield. Kogaru is a childhood friend of Alice and they spend lots of time hanging out with each other. Popular girls from their school have made it a game to try to steal Kogaru away from Alice, but he never leaves her side. Kogaru has always acted like a wall between all of the girls that make fun of Alice and Alice herself. He would do anything for Alice even give his own life to protect her, because she has always been there for him.
