Fears: Not finding his cousin/not producing an heir for his family line. In general, Thane fears failing his family's legacy.
Skills/Talents: Extracting information from others, would be considered his greatest talent. Other skills include swordsmanship and archery (more like hobbies - though clearly of warrior-build, Thane tends to scoff at actual battle - after all, why should he fight when he has an army to do so for him?), leadership capabilities, knowledge of a variety of poisons, and a good mind for handling finances.
Weaknesses: Close-mindedness; inability to see beyond his own goals; lack of regard for the feelings of others. Also, attractive men would be considered a weakness of his.
General Personality: There are very few things that are pleasant about this man. Though his exterior speaks of a respectable man, his smile indicates that he has a big heart and his silky words can nestle their way past just about anybody’s hard shell – do not trust him. Thanatos is a seasoned player of the nobles, and his talent to extract and use information is quite frightening.

There is no such thing as a normal relaxed conversation with him. Simply because he does just about everything with an agenda of his own. This agenda always benefits himself and lets him come out on top. He always puts himself first, and the only time he does something for others is when there’s something for him to gain out of it all. History

Thanatos was born a Pureborn of Qarth and is much akin to royalty in his own respect. He is currently looking for his estranged cousin, Alcina D'Airelle, who he had learned from one of Qarth's warlocks of being in Westeros - namely, within the walls of the Red Keep. He wishes to find her, wed and bed her, and produce an heir for the Tamurlayn line.
