History: Xavier was born and raised in a small town in western New Mexico, near the Arizona border. His oldest and closest friend is his older sister, Raquel. Raquel is 19 years old, and goes to college in Hawaii, where she is going to be a junior. She has a year-round apartment there, and Xavier has come to spend the summer with her. When he first came out, the summer before when Raquel was transitioning between freshman and sophomore year, Xavier had come reluctantly, drawn only by the opportunity to be with his beloved sister - until he met up with some kids his own age.
