Key locations in Oceanview consist of the Shore district. The shore district consists of high end homes, luxury hotels and has the Columbia street pier. The Bay district has a downtown feel and is definitely more urban, It has a small airport and a dock yard. Older part of town with slightly higher crime. The area bordering the Mountains is called the highland district and it has an alpine feel as you near the mountains to the north of Oceanview
