Weight: 110

Abilities:
Slave Lord: When Caesara drops an enemy below zero hitpoints she can convert them into a slave instead of killing them. When converted Slaves will start with only 1 HP out of their max and will be invulnerable for 5s. Slaves under Caesara cannot use items, armor, weapons, or Arts but they may use them after being traded. Slaves under Caesara are bound by a magical contract that prevents them from harming or assisting in the harming of their master, themself, and Caesara. This contract is transferable and is automatically updated after a legal transaction. All necessary legal documents are magically spawned when the enemy is converted. Caesara can only have a maximum of 5 slaves under her at any given point in time.

Savage Predator: Caesar gains a 15% chance to deal 200% damage against any enemy that is at least 8 m away from any allies. This critical roll is independant from the regular crit roll and may stack.

Ace: Before throwing a weapon Caesara can gain 1d6 m in maximum accurate throwing range. Additionally any single handed weapon is treated as a weapon grade higher when wielded alone.

Arts:
Pounce: Caesara leaps forwards (Max travel distance of 6m) and strikes and tethers the first enemy she encounters on her path. The tether has a length of 1 meter and if the enemy reaches the maximum tether distance they will take 1d4 damage per second for as long as they are at that distance. The tether lasts for 8 seconds and then will fade.

Enhanced Bola Throw: Caesara focuses her magical energy into her bola throw. Target is knocked prone instead of slowed and must use an action to get up. Additionally the target takes 1d4 pure damage. Enhanced Bola Throw may only be used once per engagement.

Seal: (WIP)

Duel: (WIP)

Track: Attaches a magical flare on a given target that lasts 20s. Caesara gains truesight on target as well as increased movement speed and agility when she is within 10m from her target.

Weakness:
Due to the Nature of her Arts and her lack major crowd control Caesara has problems facing groups of enemies
Caesara is unable to equip any armour heavier than leather
Caesara lacks any utility or suitability arts or abilities

Personal Items and Weapons:
Spear: A 5’ spear with a barbed steel tip and an oak shaft. The spear is treated as a single handed weapon and can also be thrown with an effective range of 4m.

Hunting Blade: A curved hunting blade with a sharp inside and a toothed outside. The blade inflicts bleed on critical hits instead of doubling damage. Caesara keeps it sheathed on her left hand side.

Bolas: Caesara carries five of these. The bola deal 1d4 damage and inflict a 70% slow for four seconds.

Leather Armor: A basic leather cuirass with leather vambraces.

Personal Branding Iron: A magical small branding iron that never cools. The symbol is her personal mark which is curved cat tail within a circle. Because her slaves are highly sought after her mark will increase the value of a slave.

Appearance: Caesara is well built and muscular neko. She’s larger than most nekos and she is proud of this fact. She has light brown skin and white hair and fur. Caesara has a more pointed face a smile that usually rests in a disdainful snarl. She also has bright green eyes and a large scar on her chest.

Oddities: Caesara’s face twitches uncontrollably when she’s mad.

Personality: Unlike most nekos Caesara is a rather serious individual. She tends to be a bit of a loner though she does appreciate the company of others she respects. Caesara tends to be distrustful of others when she first meets them but will warm up to them if she deems them to be valuable as either friends or allies. She is also a bit arrogant as she believes herself to be genetically superior to most Nekos, and arguably other members of other races.

Bio:
Player Version: Caesara was a wandering slave merchant that players could meet in the wilderness of a specific country dependent on the season. Caesara was one of the few slave merchants who sold neko slaves and was the only merchant that sold nekos with a three star or greater value. Caesara had the lowest selection choice for players at a measly five available slaves but players who encountered her also had a guaranteed chance of being able to purchase a slave of a four star rating. The only downside was that players could only purchase one slave from her and they could only encounter her once every 8 months. The only way to get around this was to challenge the NPC to a duel. If the player won they would receive all five slaves. But if the player lost they would be sent back to the nearest major city and the NPC would spawn a slave that looked similar to the player and would be made available to the next player for purchase.

Rewritten version: Caesara like most other residents doesn't remember much about her past. What she does remember is sketchy at best. When she was born her mother believed her to be cursed because of her darker skin. As soon as she was weened she was abandoned in the wilderness and left to die. If it hadn't been for a wandering band of slavers. Taking pity on the young child they took her in as their own and they trained her in their ways. Caesara doesn't remember what happened to them, but she does know that they are dead and there is no bringing them back. Caesara quickly became one of the most successful slavers on the continent, traveling from country to country. And then nothing. Ten years gone and she's been left with nothing but a rather large scar on her chest. What happened during those years Caesar has no idea, but she intends to find out.

Drei blinked in surprise at Esk actually offering to teach her how to sew, especially because she wasn't being serious when she said that she needed to learn. She frowned at him then shook her head lightly, suppressing a grin at the boy's obliviousness.

"You're just hopeless, aren't you? But, yeah, whatever. You can teach me to sew so I want need that thing anymore," she stared accusingly at Prick, who had finished its work, and it cowered beneath the table, "And I can teach you... I dunno, fingerpainting." She didn't know why she said that of all things. The word just had a kind of fondness to it, like an air of reminiscence. Perhaps one day, she'd remember why. She at last glanced down and took the meal from Esk, looking down at it in repulsion. "Tavern food will be tavern food," she muttered, looking down at it. It wasn't what she felt like, but it was edible. It wasn't the fresh, leafy clean food she was fond of, but it had energy stored in it. Energy that she needed.

Her wine and the bucket of water arrived soon after. Drei took an unladylike swig from the bottle and winced at the bitter aftertaste before slamming it down and turning to look at Caesara. Did she want to do the thing now? Yes, she very much did, but that stupid drunk neko beside her was beginning to strike a nerve.

"Great fuckn' what?!" She snapped, glaring at the girl. "You do not speak to me while you're incapable!" The neko just giggled and continued to slur,

"D'you want me to read your fortu... fortuitituitui... tui... tuin, pretty lady?"

Drei sneered and turned back to her food, wishing for the neko to pass out already. Her drunk behaviour was putting her off her own drink, and Drei pushed it away from her. Getting drunk with this woman beside her was just about the last thing she wanted to do besides getting drunk with Esk next to her, who took everything she said literally. Imagine what would happen if he took her drunken ramblings seriously. Drei didn't like imagining that.

When Drei snapped out of trying not to imagine she saw Esk and the neko conversing over the top of her. It seemed that the drunken feline was trying to pull her oblivious, trusting companion into a scam.

"Don't listen to anything the wasted cat says, Esk." Drei said loudly, eyes fixated on her soup which she was stirring, "You'll just waste good coin. Even if she can 'tell the future' like she's suggesting, I highly doubt that she'd be of any use in her condition," she hissed, putting a heavy emphasis on the word so that anyone else would be able to understand what 'condition' Drei was speaking of. Anyone else but Esk, Drei remembered and turned to him to explain. "She's drunk. Intoxicated, smashed, tipsy, whatever else you'd like to call it. She's probably just hallucinating with her playing cards in thinking that she has the 'power of the prophet' right now. She's not worth the time or money to pay any attention to. Just ignore her and she'll pass out, with any luck."

Drei wiped her table clean of her golden junk and stuffed it into her pouch again, eyeing the neko suspiciously before busying herself with her food again. Even though the neko looked in no right condition to steal anything, she wouldn't take any chances.

"You bite yer tongue!" Nyaryssa demanded, slamming her hand against the table again. "I ain't never said nothin' bout readin' no future, jus' tallin fortunes, an' ain't none o' those no prophet shit. Whatchu take me for, some kinda circus fake? Shit. Y'all don't know nothin' 'bout tarot."

Ahe shuffled the deck again, her lower lip stuck out in an angry pout. "Jus' for that, I'mma do you first. Now ask yer question an' I will tell you e'rr'thin' you need to be knowin', or my name isn' NyaMEOWRA BLAYKE!!" Phew, almost gave herself away there.

Drei huffed and rolled her eyes. "No, if I turn to a fortune teller I'll loose nothing but my dignity -" Prick somersaulted through the air and her eyes followed it as it moved around the rowdy, uncouth tavern until the needle at last settled on Caesara's head. "... Which, I may have already lost the moment I met that one. Fine, I'll ask Meowra something."

She shrugged and turned back to the neko girl. "Okay... try this." She said slowly, thinking her question through, "This is Caesara. Caesara has employed me for a job. How will it - Valhilt's bane, this is so stupid - how will it go? Should I even bother with this extra hassle? Where should I go? Where am I meant to be?" Drei shut her mouth immediately after realising that she had babbled on and shook her head in agitation, attempting to regain herself. "That was more than one question. Let's sum that all up... if I continue down this path, what will happen?"

Despite her previous badmouthing of fortune tellers, she was a little curious at what this Meowra girl had to tell her.

"What'll happen to tall, dark, an' slanderous if she continues with this job," Nyaryssa slurred, sloppily shuffling the cards. Two fell from her hand, but she left them. She set the deck on the bar, then drew her first card. Ten of Swords.

"Pretty lady had a sad past, eh? Hehehe." Second card, placed next to the first. Five of Pentacles. "You lose somethin'?" She glanced over at Drei.

Third card was next. The Hermit. Nyaryssa's eyes narrowed, and she straightened. "Huh." She bent to look at the cards that had leapt out. Justice and The Lovers. "Eeeehn." Her brow furrowed, and she ran her fingers through her hair. "Hnh."

"Pretty lady had a sad past, eh? Hehehe."

Drei nodded - on the inside. Her past wasn't something she wanted to delve in, considering the pain her last few memories had caused her, but it was something she couldn't help but be curious about. Your past is what defines you, what makes you who you are. Without any memories of her past, she would never be able to understand herself; the decisions she makes, the things she says, the impulsive hatred she felt towards some things. She would never understand what her shards mean or what she was doing when she woke, or why that drow man was dead beside her and why she wrote those words...

Maybe it was better to not know.

"You lose something?"

Memories? Yes. It seemed that the tarot was just telling her things she already knew. Or had she lost something else? Agh, get it together, Drei! You know you don't believe in this load of -

"Huh." Meowra reacted strangely to the next card, her drunkenness momentarily slipping away as she straightened herself in her seat. Drei glanced at the card, an old man in a hood she at first mistook for death, and raised her gaze back to the neko.

"What does that one do?" She asked in monotone. Meowra just looked down to the two cards that had fallen out of her hands onto the ground and frowned. Drei tried to look at the cards but she couldn't see the pictures well from where she was seated. "... So, when are you planning on breaking the bad news to me? In what method do I part with this world?" Drei said slowly, heavy on the sarcasm, but she watched the neko with a nervous anticipation.
