Personality

Generally cheerful, quite a bit of a prankster. Enjoys fooling people who depend on their sight and looks down on them for believing what they see without question, very fond of blind people as they are never fooled by what he can do and they keep him honest.
If he considers someone a friend or even an aquaintance whom he is friendly towards he will limit his pranking to innocent things that are more annoying than anything else, however if somebody irritates him he will maliciously use his powers on them.
Feels no sympathy towards people who are being bullied or otherwise bothered and unless he has a personal grudge against the one doing the bullying he will simply sit back and watch.
Works as a manager in an office only because he is required to have a job, if it was his choice he would wander the streets earning his living from people who aren't smart enough to keep ahold of their money.
That being said he is not inherently malicious or hard-hearted, he just believes that nothing should be given to somebody just because of who they are or who their parents are and a helping hand only cripples the one being helped.
Current rank: 132, he usually just blinds his opponent and walks away unless he is in a bad mood in which case he creates a nightmare world for his opponent

Equipment

Powers: Illusions, manipulates light to form visual illusions, adjusts the way light reflects or refracts to produce different colors or levels of light, though he cannot produce light with which to work and he can only work with the visible light spectrum. For instance, in a completely black unlit room he would be unable to do anything because there would be no light for him to work with or if somebody could see heat signatures he would be unable to decieve them. On a bright sunny day he could change the way the light interacts with the eyes of an individual (making adjustments to the light entering said persons eyes), or he could creat a mass illusion (ball of darkness or something like that). Has perfected this art and can make things appear to have a different texture when one is looking at them or make a completely convincing visual illusion. He cannot, however, change the way something sounds, feels, tastes, or smells, and neither can he affect any senses not using the visible light spectrum so any person or being not dependent on visual information from the visible light spectrum would be immune or have reduced effects from the powers of Alexander. While he can make something appear bigger or smaller, he cannot actually change that thing.

History

Decided to come to the city because quite a few people from his home town were tired of his pranks and would not permit him to purchase anything unless it was with an atm card. After the first drive-by attack on his house he decided to pack up his earnings and leave, in Advent City he purchased a place to live in sector five and filed an application at a nearby company. Since coming to the city he has only participated in two fights. One was when a person who had cut him off in traffic was fighting another person, Alexander blinded both participants and shot the man in the back of the head. The second fight was when he attempted to pass off some fake money to buy a nice watch and he distracted the other man and struck him in the back of the head. Every other potential confrontation has been ignored by Alexander who would simply create an illusion of himself five feet away and walk in some other direction or just create a ball of darkness around the other persons head.
