"I'm going to rest a bit," she yawned, "I'll catch up to you in a minute."

He bounded off, looking for something large to hunt, he needed something to eat badly. He moved at an incredible speed after a large bear. He found a large bear, and moved around the side of it silently, ready to pounce. He lunged towards the bear only for it to stand up on it's hind legs and for it to land on him with the full force of it's weight. It slashed at him and mar ripped into it's paw. The bear cried out and retracted it's paw. The bears claws dug into his legs drawing blood due to the extreme weight of the creature. Mar bit into the things throat, killing it, only for it to fall on top of him and to trap him beneath it's wait, he tried to struggle free but found himself pinned, he let out a loud howl, hoping Ayame would hear it...

Her ears pricked up.
"Marivor," she said.
Running, although painful, she caught up to Marivor. She noticed the large bear.
"Holy---"
She stopped herself as she looked in awe.

"Can you get this damned thing off me?" he asked her, struggling to get free... despite the numerous wounds on his legs...

"Sorry," she said as she pushed the bear off of Marivor.

"Thank you," he said and stood up, he winced a bit as his legs sent a burst of pain through his body, he sighed and stood there, "Damned beast..."
He began to tear into it, savoring the taste...

"You need help," she said as she grabbed the spiderweb. Pushing it onto Mar's wounds, she sighed.
"You should be more careful okay?"

"I do not need to be more careful, but more swift, the bear is cumbersome and strong but not fast, I could've ended that quickly had I utilized my speed to the best of its capability, I believe I'm getting soft," he said frowning, opponents like this never used to pose much of a threat before he began to slow down, "It will still take more than this clumsy beast to kill me..."

"Alright," she said as she took a bite of the bear.
Chewing, she remained silent as the stars in the night sky.

He sighed as he became full, there was still plenty more but he could eat no more.
"Sorry to have caused such a worry but I needed to take on something big in order to find my limits," he said and looked at her, "I needed to know that if we encountered any real threat, such as this, whether or not I could handle it and I think I have my answer, no I can't, I need to train my body and mind once more to become strong, when I come back I will be stronger and I will most probably seem different, sorry but this is a journey I have to make alone."

He began to head to the west, searching out any new opponents he might be able to train himself upon, he would be gone for almost three months and during that time he would run himself to the point of exhaustion, however, he would come back to her one day...

"I knew it," she sighed, "Alone again."
Looking at the direction he ran off in, she put her head down on her paws. Just then a new wolf came into the picture. Another male, Eclipse, all black with one spot of white on his chest.
"Hello," he said in his English accent, "What happened to your friend?"
"He ran off to become stronger," she sighed looking at the new wolf.

I sighed, I wondered what was going on with Ayame, what had happened after I left... It had been almost a month since I left, during that time I had been run down and beat up on numerous occasions, though I had almost always managed to scrape through, many of my battles had left me cut up and bleeding, I was currently resting near a creak far away from where I had left off, no matter what happened I couldn't stop thinking back to the day that I left... Several times I had contemplated going back and all of those times I had turned down the idea as unrealistic and childish, I kept reminding myself why I had left and why I had chosen to do so alone but as day after day went by I continued to long for company once more...

I was currently tracking a group of bears, about five or more were gathered. I got up and started again, tracking the group. I quickly found them and realized that I would need to do this quickly and silently if I had any chance of surviving, there were three larger bears, they were my initial targets and then there were a pair of younger ones... I sighed and then leaped out in savage furry at the first, my jaw clasping upon it's sleeping body and killing it quickly but not before it called out, the second and third bears awoke instantly, the second slashing at me from one side, the other from in front, I leaped backwards, narrowly avoiding both tries and leaped towards the second, aiming to make short work out of it.

As I started towards the second, the third managed to hit me with a lumbering blow, knocking me off course and sending me sprawling, as I flew sideways I rolled upon the ground, before regaining my ground and grimacing as pain ran through my body, I looked towards the third bear, a new fire within my eyes, the fire of a hunter, I leaped at it's throat, jaw tightening, it struggled but I would not let go, it would continue that way for a few minutes before it finally collapsed.

I turned towards the last one snarling, before I leaped at it, the bear stood upon two legs, ready to fight with every last proportion of it's weight, I cut a three long, deep scratch across its chest and it replied with a lumbering blow to the side, the strength of the blow winding me before it tried to fall upon me, I regained my breath just in time and moved out of the way, biting into it's neck, killing it almost instantly.

The younger bears began to run and I chased after them, picking them off rather quickly despite my wounds. I then began to feast upon my spoils, savoring the taste to which I had earned and once more wondered what had happened since I had left and what would have happened had I not left...

Eclipse and Ayame began walking together. The two wolves went hunting together.
"Deer or Bear," Ayame said to Eclipse.
"Bear," he laughed, "I'm starving. I need food."
"Alright," she said.
The two began to run, tracking a large bear. Ayame stopped at the bushes and looked to find a large black bear standing there. He seemed unaware of the wolves presences.
"You go from the front and I'll come from the back," she whispered.
Eclipse padded off quickly and quietly to where the bear was, but still hiding. Ayame stood where she was. Signaling for Eclipse and her to go, Ayame grabbed the bear by the back of the neck, snapping it in half. It was instantly dead. Eclipse hadn't moved an inch.
"You were supposed to help me," she said, "You didn't, but I guess I'll let you have some anyways."
He licked her ear and she licked his cheek. Ayame missed Marivor, but she was happy with Eclipse. They were dating now and Ayame realized she had only loved Marivor as a brother. Eclipse and Ayame shared everything, from their pasts to their love lives. Nothing was a secret.
"Missing Marivor," he asked as a piece of bear was in his mouth.
"A little," she said quickly.

Marivor would lie there, asleep after eating his meal, his coat caked with blood but he didn't seem to care, he let out a loud yawn and looked around slightly... His ears twitched as he heard something moving within the bushes, he looked towards it wondering what it was, it didn't seem to be threatening... He ignored it only to notice several people surrounding him from within the bushes... He growled and when he heard the sound of a gun loading he let out a resigned sigh, knowing that he couldn't take on these humans, he just sat there, knowing he could do little else... The humans approached slowly, before one got the but end of the rifle and rammed it into his head, knocking him out, when he awoke he found himself inside of a large truck, trapped, he wondered how he would get free, then he realized that he wasn't getting out, he let out a resigned sigh...

"Ayame, please, be patient, I will find a way to get back to you," he said, looking out through the barred window that had been built into the back door of the truck...

Ayame and Eclipse walked over the road to find a truck flying past them. She looked and in the back was Marivor.
"Marvior," she shouted, running.
Eclipse followed her and they ran as fast as they could behind it. She wasn't going to stop. Marivor had been her best friend. Running, she tried to grab onto the bars. Grabbing one, she held on as hard as she could.

Marivor didn't seem to notice Ayame as he lay there, he had lost any thought of escape at this point, he lay there, he yawned and wondered how he was to get free, the thought of breaking free once he had reached the place had occurred to him several times, he denied it as this would be useless... He sighed and wondered how he would ever find her should he manage to break out... The thought of staying within the place for his life occurred to him and he had to ponder it for a short while, to his surprise the thought didn't disturb him as much as it should have done. The truck seemed to leap over a pot hole... Marivor was jolted slightly, he looked around, as though he had been partially unconscious, he yawned once more before allowing himself to fall back to sleep...

"Marivor," she said with her mouth full of steel bars, "I'm here!"
Eclipse was still running behind the truck. A bump came and knocked her off. Flying off, she hit the ground hard. Whinnying, she got back up and began to run again. Her ribs were hurting, but that wasn't going to stop her. She needed to be with her friend.

Marivor looked towards the bars, hearing a voice and sighed...
"I'm sorry Ayame, I said I would be back but I'm afraid I will never be able to keep my promise," he told her as he looked through the bars, knowing that there was no escape... He felt as though he would never see her again as they took him to the prison, the gates were upon before the truck and the truck drove in, delivering it's cargo to the strange prison...

"Marvior," she screamed after him, the gates shutting in her face.
She sat down and cried.
"I'm sorry," she cried, "I'm so sorry. I failed you Marivor."

Marivor sat there, he wondered how long it would take before he found a way out of there... He wanted to keep his promise and he would either keep it or die trying... Although it would be almost a month before the opportunity to escape, every day he would spend, looking for an escape, although he doubted one would arise any time soon, he had to do this... If not for Ayame then for himself...
"Ayame," he mumbled to himself, "Once more I make this promise, I will find my way back to you, just be patient..."

Time passed slowly, Eclipse and Ayame soon became very close. Marivor, being gone, had slipped her mind. As time passed, she aged. Her age now 21 and Eclipse 22. They needed to get a house and other necessities. Food was plenty, but shelter was lacking. The older they grew they harder it was. Ayame started working at a Target to gain money and Eclipse worked as a cashier at a small pet shop. Earning low income meant finding more jobs, Ayame began to work at AT&T and Eclipse worked for his father. His father, unaware he was a werewolf, made Eclipse or known as Sam to his father. Ayame was welcomed to stay in the spare bedroom until they had enough money for a home of their own. Ayame and Sam didn't give up on get enough money.
"Sam," she said, "We still don't have enough."
"It will be okay," he replied kissing her cheek, "We are almost there."
"I know," Ayame said, "I just can't seem to understand why we are so close, but yet so far away?"
"It won't be long," Sam said.

Marivor stood within his cell, he had grown a fair bit, a strange, dark fire burned in his eyes, he had spent almost every moment, preparing himself for his eventual escape. He had longed for the day he might escape, he had even dreamed of how he would do it, though he knew he would not escape without spilling blood. This didn't bother him as he hated every single being in this facility, it had been an animal institution but he refused to turn into his human form as he knew this would bring with it the sudden realization that he was a lycan.

A man stood there, unlocking the cage and entering it, the cage was rather large in height but was not very wide. Marivor looked around, making sure that there remained no other guards around, when he found none he jumped at the man, tearing him to shreds, feasting upon his flesh and reveling in the mans blood, it had been so long since he had, had a decent meal...

He ran through the institution, killing all those he met and doing the same as he had done the first, returning his strength ten fold, all of the ones seemed to beg for release but he completely ignored them, following his only remaining instincts which were; to escape and to kill all those who stood in the way.

He finally made it out and looked around, he sighed, he had the feeling he had forgotten something but couldn't put his finger on it. He cursed and looked back to all those people, one thing on his mind now, revenge, not just on those who had imprisoned him but against every man, woman and child he encountered.

He bounded towards the city and began causing chaos as he picked off one person after another, using his human form to hunt his next victims, in a week there would be a kill rate of twenty one people, all with claw marks slashed over the parts of the body that remained uneaten...

She noticed the claw marks on the body's. Smelling it, Ayame picked up the scent.
"Marivor," she whispered to Sam, "We have to help him."
Running, the two lycans vanished from the scene.
"I can't help but think that place turned him dark," she said.
Sam nodded while they ran. Ayame was a great tracker and was known very well for her strong sense of smell. Catching the stronger scent, she turned to the east.
He is becoming the monster he feared to begin with, she thought, I should have seen this coming. She couldn't help but think it was her fault. Letting him venture on his own could only lead to trouble. Turning into her wolf form, she advanced with Eclipse close behind. The two dark wolves looked for the wolf, fearing he might kill them.
"Marivor," she said when she stumbled upon him, "It's you."
She couldn't recognize her old friend. He had a new aurora around him. An unfriendly one and she was scared. Not letting it show, she advanced towards the white wolf.
"Marivor," she said again, "Calm down."

Marivor looked at the strange wolf, ignoring it and going only after his prey, he didn't care about wolves, he only really cared about getting revenge on all those that hurt him, all those that feared him and all those that had tortured him throughout all those years, the man stumbled back as he approached, falling over and raising an arm pitifully in self defense... Marivor readied himself to attack the man before he began his lunge...
