Past: His father abused his mother. One day he watched as his father killed his mother and sister. He ran away from home only to be hunted down later my his cousin (who was actually his brother, but he didn't know that at the time) who nearly killed him. He got away from Jack, though, and swore to get revenge on both his father and his cousin who had abused his sister. He killed his father and moved away. He swore he'd never watch as another woman she knew was slaughtered. he promised to do something about it next time.
