What would you do…
What could anyone do? Normal people couldn’t do anything but you, you’re special. Your blood is rare and dark forces are after it, for better or for worse if they cannot have you…no one will.
The world is not what we thought. Humans are far from the superior beings they make themselves out to be. On reading the following information, you’ll begin to question if the earth really is round because you’ll have fallen straight off the edge and into a strange new world of entirely new possibilities.
NO.1#
Fae creatures exist.
Species that have plagued folk-lore for centuries are real. They live amongst the human race, wearing glamour’s or sporting humanoid forms, they blend in and will never be discovered unless they so desire it. These old, more powerful and eccentric creatures have courts, boundaries, laws and most importantly needs.
These needs are the very cause of this story.

There are few humans in the world with a rare blood type.
Their blood is rare due to it having “fae” characteristics. This does not make them a supernatural hybrid however it does put them in a separate category to ordinary humans. The modern term for them is the ‘changelings'(that’s you darling)
NO.3#
These “changelings” are in mortal danger thanks to their blood type. These “nearly humans” are in danger of being changed…
There are five fae species, the ones that are most prominent are as follows; Elves, Pixies, Faeries and Weres. The other specie is a mystery, some say it’s a myth that there’s a fifth. No one knows for certain. Even the supernatural have unsolved mysteries.
NO.4# Pixies:
Pixies are not the tiny little pepper pot sized darlings they're made out to be. The average Pixie stands at least a foot taller than the average human. They have pale, blue skin and sharp, shark-like teeth. In their natural form they tend to appear very alien but very beautiful. Pixie's can jump ridiculously high and move incredibly fast. They can also communicate with animals. Pixies can wear glamours to mask their true appearance from humans.
Pixies have courts, territories, laws and a Monarchy. They have a King and a Queen and like animals when one King weakens a new one will take his place. Pixie Kings unlike the average pixies, leave behind a tell-tale trail of gold dust, they also have the rare ability to fly short distances. Pixies queens can jump higher than the average Pixie.
If a King rules his court without a Queen for a certain amount of time, he will gradually weaken and will begin to thirst for blood. This is called a 'need'. When this occurs the King must sustain himself on the blood of young boys until he finds a Queen. Pixie Queens strengthen a court and give the King a bewildering amount of power. Without a stable Monarchy, the court will go crazy with bloodlust and another King will more than likely come and take over the territory.
NO.5# Weres:
Not what you think. Were's are shapeshifters. Born from a continueous bloodline a Were is a humanoid individual who can shift into one other creature. This can mean anything from a wolf, an eagle, a tiger etc. Usually Were's shift into predators due to their purpose. The creatures they shift into tend to be much larger than the usual kind. Were's evolved in order to protect humans from other harmful Fae. There are Were's who have negative intentions themselves just like all creatures have light and dark in their kind, however the purpose of a Were is to protect.Were's in the beginning lived in packs/ tight groups however over time they have spread out so that they exist alone. Despite this some Were's still have the bloodline of an Alpha leader which will still be acknowledged by others
NO.6# Faeries: (irrelevant)
Faeries are one of the largest and most troublesome species out of the five Fae which is most probably why they have Fae is their name. Faeries are invisible, they pass between a veil which allows them to walk beside humans and not be seen. If you have ever felt a pinch or tripped unexpectedly for no apparent reason it wouldn't be a surprise if a Faerie was behind it. They can often be curious and spiteful. They also control glamours that allow them to walk in and out of human life unnoticed. [Loads more information not added]
NO.7# Elves:
Elves are not ridiculously tall and willowy with long pointed ears, they are however slender and well-natured with the talent to sense the aura's of individuals, good or bad intentions and sometimes a flicker of the future. Elves use crystals and other earth matter to harness their talents and use them. No matter how watered down their bloodline is Elves still retain some supernatural power. Elves are humanoid creatures and will not stand out from a crowd unless they wish to.
Humans:
Humans are the creatures that Fae tend to mold themselves into in order to blend in. Humans range in intelligence, beauty and talent. They have no supernatural powers however some Humans are more intelligent/ developed than others. It is rare, but some humans have what is called 'The Sight' which is the ability to see through a Fae Glamour and the dimension that seperates Faeries from the human world.
Changeling:
A changeling is simply a human with a very rare blood-type. These humans have “fae” characteristics in their blood. This does not make them a supernatural hybrid however it does put them in a separate category to ordinary humans. Such a blood type can occur through pure, accidental mutation or due to an ancestor in their bloodline having had a child that is half human, half Fae. These individuals are at risk, due to their savvy bloodtype they can be changed into a Fae species. Anyone can be turned into a Fae but whether they survive the change is a different matter. Without the blood of a changeling, the individual will 99.9% of the time die.
NO.8# What does this have to do with you?
You are a changeling. Your blood can be manipulated by Fae species due to it’s extraordinary characteristics and I’m afraid you're out of luck. A Pixie Court is gradually growing wary. The King’s subjects grow tired and blood thirsty without a queen to rule over them. The King grows weak. He grows hungry. He needs a queen. You are beautiful, you are feisty and above all if the Kings selects you as his queen you will survive the change thanks to your blood type. You are rare. The King will not take no for an answer. If he doesn’t get to you first…another fae will...

Collectibles
