Henry
Very Timid
His equipment consists of a hammer, a lighter with barely any fluid left in it. A pocket knife, and one bullet with no gun.
He used to live in Washington State, in Seattle City. Since the zombie apocalypse came, his mind has been in a long battle with himself. Trying to block out the memories of his family dying right before his eyes, and trying to erase the memory of trying to save his little sister. He found himself near the pier of the city. With no other choice, he hijacked a boat, sailing away at sea. But unbeknownst him, there awaited passengers on the boat he stole. An old sea dog and his "sick" wife. Taking refuge in their boat, hiding from the zombies who traveled up and down the pier endlessly. The man and Henry attacked each other, struggling to fend each other off and trying not to fall off the boat. After 5mins of battling, they come to an agreement, to get the hell away from the horror that has swept the world thus far.
After their feud, they head down for a snack, Henry hears the mans wife coughing down below. He asks what the problem was but the man doesn't hesitate to say, "Nothing is wrong!". Henry turns back away and asks for a place to sleep. The old sea dog turns to him and says "There is but one place in this boat you can sleep, and my ill wife has taken it. Now if you want to sleep, go sleep up top on the boat..." Henry doesn't ask twice or why, he moves his things up above the boat and lays out a sheet. Finding some spare rope, he ties it around the boats rails so the sheet doesn't fly away. Also tying himself to the boat so he doesn't slide off as well.
After fighting the waves and finally getting some sort of rest, he wakes up to hear the old man screaming. Not too worried for he has no respect of the man, he tries to untie himself quickly to find out what is wrong. Noticing that after five minuets of trying to free himself, he hears faint foot steps coming up the stairs from the cabin of the boat. As he stops for a brief second to see who it was, he sees a blood stained head peek up from the side of the stairs. With blood shattered teeth and a cracked skull, and a ravaged face, it looked to be the old mans wife. Searching for his pocket knife he took from his brother during the first sightings of the zombies, he cuts the rope frantically. Finally freeing himself he pushes the woman back with his feet, and rises up to his own. The woman quickly ran back at him but Henry grabs her shoulders and pushes her back over the rails. She falls over into the water and floats there, dazed but willing to do what she can to kill Henry.
After that small fight, Henry takes the boat and without any direction at all, set sails. Days pass and nights came, sleeping in his make-shift bed, sailing through harsh storms and dry days. He finally ship-wrecks on an island during his sleep...
The story from there continues.
