After much testing Project E had been completed in a total of ten years, and was ready for testing. Confident in the fact that Project E would give us a new hope for the future, we tested the drug on two experimental Humans, who were both diagnosed with Cancer. It was than that a miracle appeared, Project E cured them in less than four days. Restoring the cells they had lost, and giving them a new healthy bodies, they were finally able to do the things in which their previous health would not allow. Marked as a success, Project E was ready. But what we found out five months later changed everythingâŠ.and it was all done by a man by the name of Adam Saiga.â

It has been four hundred years since the creation of Ephemeral, the creation of the âAccount of Ephemeralâ, and the death of Adam Saiga, the first politician.
Adam Saiga's Great-Great-Great-Great Grandson Lucifer Saiga, Fourth Politician. is now ruling over humanity. Under his rule Humanâs are prospering soundly. The drug Ephemeral has now become a part of everyoneâs daily life. Though it is only the rich who are able to consume or afford the stuff on a daily basis. Project E has been the greatest invention for all HumanityâŠBut what wasn't known to the public was that the drug had side effects, and when it kicked in, society caused an uproar.
Hiatus. Humans who have been affected by the drugs side effects. It was believed to only be people who took the pills, but it was soon found out that it was children born from these people as well. The side effects of Project E granted those who were affected with supernatural abilities, but at a cost. You see to use these abilities an activation process was to be used.
With the abilities concerning both the Advisers of the Politician Lucifer, Lucifer, and the Humans who were not affected; certain rules were made. Lucifer wished for a way so that the Hiatusâ and those who weren't affected could live in harmony. Under his command they were given specific rules and if followed they could live like normal citizens without discrimination.
Agreeing to the terms, the Hiatusâ lived among the Humans peacefully once again, of course they needed to be labeled as Lucifer believed that it was only fair for others to know who were Hiatus and who were not, so that they could be identified if they used their powers. In conclusion each child born a Hiatus' was to be given a number signifying that they were an Error .

Well years passed and life went on and everything was peaceful once again, especially under the care of Lucifer Saiga, the world prospered. But with life comes death, and it was soon Lucifer Saiga's turn to pass on. But before than he wished for a world where those could live equal, but not everyone agreed with Lucifer's decision to accept the Hitaus'. And that is where our story begins.

Once the construction for Minimum was finished, Lucifer died and his Son took over, Eric Saiga, fifth Politician. Eric, unlike his Father, didn't believe Hiatus should be treated the same as Humans, and many agreed with him. Under the watch of the sixth Politician, Greg Saiga, your kind has been trapped in Minimum since. Now there are some Hiatus who follow the laws, and live peaceful. And than their are Rouges, Hiatus' who reserve to be held down by the law of Minimum, and actively use their abilities. You are the ones who question the Ephemeral drug, and the Politician.
Here the Rouges aren't the only ones who are allowed or able to use their special abilities. Another set of people, called the Core have been given special permission to use their Errors. Core works for Minimum, capturing Rouges' and disposing of them. The Leader of the Core is the son of Greg Saiga. This place was founded to cleanse the world of inequality. But how true is all this? What lies outside the wall? What really is Ephemeral? Is the Saiga Family really here to help?

4 Explicit Content & Etc. || Of course Romance is encouraged it is the best thing ever! Gore, of course it has to be in here...that is kinda a important part in the rp. Drama is allowed in character not OOC. Yes Swearing can be used, but please don't go overboard that includes "intimate" relationships.
5 Anime || Yes, Anime. I will not accept a character if it isn't anime. And please don't use different pictures for a character, I want it to look neat. If you have a problem finding a FC, just ask me for help.
