It happens on a certain day every few weeks; multiple people go missing. It's not gender or age specific, it is said to be the will of those behind the hoods of the group the townspeople call the Nightstalkers. Once someone vanishes, they are never to be seen again, even the police give up looking for the victims after a few days. Reports who come to research the kidnappings find no clues, no evidence of struggle, no bodies, nothing. All that is left is the grief of the families and friends of the "lost." On the outside, it doesn't look like more than a bizarre case of events, or a mysterious case of runaways.

But on the inside, the battle is much more intense. The Nightstalkers aren't simply hooded kidnappers, stealing people away from their families, they're recruiters. Recruiters for the battle to be waged against those above, those who stalk the light rather than the dark. It isn't simply a case of kidnapping, it's a gathering of troops, who are, once recruited, assigned both special powers and a person to watch over them. A guardian of sorts, who's task is to help the fledgling Nightstalkers achieve their given assignments and stay out of trouble especially with the ones from above, the Lightkeepers. A portion of the never ending struggle is the fact that the Lightkeepers recruit people just as well as their opposites, if not better. It is far easier to convince one to join the light rather than the darkness. It seems as though those of the light might win the ongoing battle....

However, things change with the appearance of a few key humans, who possess very special abilities, ones that could change the tides of war. But, who will get to them first? Light or Darkness?

Your Orders:

You are of the Nightstalkers/Lightkeepers, and have direct orders to convince these humans to join your side. You may do whatever you feel is necessary to gain their trust, even take out members of your rival group. In the end, these special people may be the only ones who count. Penalty will befall anyone who thinks to harm, or even worse, harbor any type of feelings for these mortals. Now do as you are told!
