Setting
Moonvale. a city containing the guilds and university's for mages, most magic users reside in this city due to the guilds and library's available. The city is pretty well kept though not as luxurious as Arcadium. Most of the kings captured creatures are kept in Moonvale until the games are ready. The law is strict here due to the guards keeping a close eye and strict regulations on the universitys and mage guilds.
