What happens when you place a group of twenty somethings in charge of taking care of an abandoned hospital in exchange for cheap rent? Mayhem.

Its not all fun and games, some are trying to save up enough to get their own places, others have no where else to go, a few are hiding from their pasts and all have jobs that wear them down and crush their souls. As they help each others with ups and downs they become friends and lovers. Others becomes enemies, sometimes because of a bad break up other times just because personalities clash.

No matter if you are running from something or running toward something, Renrow Hospital is now your home. Parties, finding love, losing love, cheating and more happen within the crumbling walls of the hospital turn apartment building.

The hospital is split up in three levels and two sections. The living quarters are all on the right side (Section A) and on Level 2 or 3, the ground floor is considered the lobby. Section B has a movie room, the laundry rooms, and a few free rooms that the residents share as home offices on Level 2. Level 3 in Section B is all used for storage of the old medical equipment.

All characters must either be between the ages of 20 and 29. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Toggle Rules

1) Be Kind to each other.
2) Follow the site rules.
3) Use the Character sheet supplied, I do not care if colors are changed, if pictures are added or subtracted but it should still be obviously 'MY' sheet.
4) When reserving a character supply me with a 245x150 gif please or a gif to shrink or your face claim.
5) All FC's must be of real people.
6) Reservations only last for 48 hours, after 48 hours you must have an WIP submitted. Upon Submission of a WIP you have 48 hours to complete. If not completed in the time allowed your character will be denied and the slot will be opened back up.
7) Obviously, no godmodding or any other type of Modding in which you take control of someone elses character. If you do that as the GM I will kill your character.
8) As GM my word is law, if I decide to have a Co-GM I also except you to listen to them unless I have specifically said something different.
9) Be active, if RL interferes please try to let me know. I will assume you have dropped the RP if you are inactive for 96 hours (4 days) with out contacting me.
10) Most important, have fun and keep the rules in mind please.

My computer for whatever reason hated the 'Crashing' forum, including my 'Crashing' character. IDK why so im giving everyone another 24-48 hours to get WIP's in and in the case of a WIP being already submitted to complete it outside of their original time. Im sorry for the inconvenience. I have supplied a CS and Rules if you would like to check that out. I will be accepting my unfinished character in a few moments to give you guys an idea of what your CS should look like, I dont care if you use only gif or only pictures or change or add color. Just make sure its still obviously MY sheet and that all the parts I ask for are there.

Also, there is a scent portion. I dont care if you say they smell like Axe body wash or go into deeper description like "He smells of his body wash and something utterly him, like pine trees and earth after a rain storm in the middle of July". I dont care just put something there.

Another thing, please please be careful with the coding in the Talent area of the sheet. It the sentences are too long it will break the code and they wont sit right. If this happens look below on how to fix it.

Your guys have been reserved. Sense I havent added any rules yet im just letting you know, you have 48 hours to get me a WIP, once its turned in you have another 48 to complete it or I wont accept. Sorry if this seems harsh but i've seen to many Rps not get going because people reserve then never get their character turned in.
