Charlie is easily angered and irritated, and often reacts to situations with violence. Her quick anger more often than not clouds her judgement and causes her to participate in irrational activities, but she's smart enough to not let herself get caught. She acts abrasive and sarcastic, but if you get past her walls, you will discover that she's undeniably loyal and protective of those that she cares about.

Her eyes are a greenish blue tint, having an almost turquoise color under certain lighting. Her usual attire consists of her infamous grey hoodie, a sheer tank top, jeans, and worn sneakers. Various neon colored bracelets always find themselves around her wrist.

The Allen family hails from the great land of London and rules the economic world there. They are one of the most powerful and wealthiest families and are known throughout the globe. Every member of their family excels in their own fields, and when Charlie was born, they'd expected the same of her. Her older brother had been nothing short of perfect, and she had an extremely high bar to match up to. The stress that was put on her shoulders was humongous and she'd always felt that her name was a curse on her. But then, on her brother's eighteenth birthday, young seven year old Charlotte begged him for a ride in his new car. The ice on the road had yet to melt completely, and one thing led to another. Jeremy, her brother, had died, and she was the one who lived. Her parents hated her for it, and the pressure on her shoulder grew twice as big.
She hated it, she absolutely hated it. So she ran away from home; she ran away from her life. Seventeen year old Charlie got involved in the London underground and the youngest of the prestigious Allen family grew to be the black sheep that did drugs, partied everyday, and robbed stores. Her sexuality had been icing on the cake. Her family all but disowned her, but the bad publicity was something that they did not need, so they resorted to plan b. They sent Charlie to California where she was expected to keep her head down until her twenty first birthday when she would receive her trust fund and her parents could cut her off completely.
Charlie's life in Crescent City had been a blast. It was London all over again, just with a different set of people. Still, she knew that if she let herself get sucked too much into that world, she could say goodbye to her future. So, yes, she still went to college. It was just a bonus that she loved what she was doing and spending days locked in a laboratory full of chemicals was practically heaven for her. And, hey, college was the best place to sell drugs to narcotic teens, so she still had some extra cash, added to the monthly cheques she receives from her parents.
Charlie was connected. She knew all the right people and she had a reputation of being a person you would not want to piss off. She had it all, really, and for the first time in her life, she was truly happy.
