NAME Adriel
HUMAN ALIAS Aashiq Banks
AGE Adriel was created by God and stained by Lucifer, making the devil his true father. He was created shortly before the fall of Lucifer.
GENDER Male
SEXUALITY Pansexual/Panromantic. His only preference is human.
OCCUPATION He's become quite a famous model during his recent visit on Earth, but his true occupation is corrupting the humans he finds himself around. Models, photographers, interviewers, anyone he can get his hands on.
SPECIES Demon

APPEARANCE Adriel is a very attractive man, tall with darkened skin. He has long dark brown hair, usually unkempt and rarely held back with a ponytail. He has bushy eyebrows of the same color. His eyes are dark brown and usually squinted, very suspicious or seductive, your choice. He has a larger nose and pouty pink lips. He usually keeps a bit of facial hair, like a goatee and mustache with a little scruff. He is slender and almost serpentine, like how his movement are. In his true demon form, he sprouts long black horns from his forehead and long black nails. His eyes turn completely black and his skin reddens, but not completely bright red, more of a blood red, like all of his veins exploded and tainted his skin. And an all-black suit, usually, with blood red pointy dress shoes.
CLOTHING STYLE Adriel dresses extremely well all the time, unless he's lounging around the house or sleeping. He always has a button down on and suit pants. For special occasions, he'll pull out a tux or suit, but most of the time a suit jacket is all that is needed. He always wears pointy dress shoes, and a black watch with blood red dials. He never wears hats, and usually won't wear sunglasses either. He wears lots of rings, usually the same blood red color as his watch dials or black ones. When at home, he'll wear reading glasses.
PIERCINGS/TATTOOS he has this huge wing tattoo on his back and arms. He also has his septum pierced, but usually keeps it hidden unless he's at home.
SCARS/MARKS he covered the scar from where his angel wings were ripped off of him before he was thrown from Heaven. he has two scars on each side of his forehead where horns grow in his true demon form.
DIALOGUE [#84004F]

PERSONALITY Adriel full-heartedly believes that God hates him, more because of his lineage than him vouching for his father. So, he was the first to take his father's offer on corrupting humankind. And boy, does he love it. Wrecking and polluting God's favorites is his favorite hobby, and he's spent centuries on earth doing it. Adriel is seductive, cunning, and incredibly persuasive. With just a flash of his eyes, or a simple gesture, he can have everyone's favorite priest doing the dirty with his altar boy. Adriel knows nothing of kindness and innocence, only suffering and the enjoyment of it. He mocks the thought of serious relationships, or doing good. He's definitely a snarky, sarcastic person, and enjoys confusing the ignorant with big words and sarcastic phrases. He may get irritated every once in a while, but he's never truly been angry- wait, only once, when he fell from Heaven. That really ticked him off. But sad has never gave him the time of day, probably because kindness hasn't either. He's never been genuinely happy, except for at the expense of others. Amariah is softening him, giving him his first smiles and innocent thoughts, and she might be the one to change his mind about this war with God.

HISTORY
Adriel was created to be an angel, a beautiful, lovely angel. But Lucifer wanted his own child; Adriel was his first want against the will of God. During the creation of Adriel, Lucifer stained him with his own image, and from the moment Adriel was born, he was a mistake. The first mistake. So God shunned him, all of Heaven shunned him for the faults of his father. But he tried so damn hard to be good. He was an angel, after all. He tried, not all the other angels could not see past his lineage. He made it worse, protecting his father when he went against God, but that only made it worse. Adriel was sent to Hell with the rest of them.

So Adriel got angry. He blamed God for all his suffering, and wanted revenge on the being that created him, and allowed him to be soiled. He went for the humans, God's favorite creation. He showed his father the love and adoration Lucifer always wanted, because God didn't want that. All the pain and suffering in the world was blamed on Lucifer, but it was Adriel that truly wanted the humans to burn. He tortured them, and when he felt that causing them pain wasn't enough, he went for something better. Corrupting them. Because pain could be blamed on him, but their own corruption, well, that was something they could only blame themselves for. Adriel taught the first thief, bought the first slave, made the first "witch" burn, all to see God's favorite creation burn in hell, where he would never meet them face to face. The more souls that went to Hell, the happier Adriel was.

There was one girl, God's daughter Amariah, that fought against him. And boy, he absolutely hated her. Not only did she ruin his fight, but she was God's own daughter. She was the opposite of Adriel, the favorite, the chosen one. Adriel knew if he brought her down, he could bring down the might hand of God. Fortunately, he already knew she was there to protect the humans, so the more he stole from her loving grasp, the more he could win. At the turn of the nineteenth century, however, something changed. Something about her, something about Earth, maybe even his grudge against God and his father Lucifer, just turned off. He still enjoyed corrupting the little humans sure, but he felt something he never felt before. Love. Pure, honest, true love.

For Amariah. Though she went against everything he stood for, she was completely enticing. Watching her blood boil at the very sight of him, calling her princess or golden girl just because she hates it, and the honest conversations they liked to have in a coffee shop or on the dock, it was all... lovely. He didn't know how to feel, or what to do, but for now, he's just letting it be. Sipping on tea with an angel isn't the worst thing to do with his day.

Amariah didn't even struggle when she was in Lucifer's grasp. She knew he needed her to get into heaven. While Adriel could teleport to the gate, Lucifer couldn't get near the place, but Amariah could, her father would never actually banish her; if he had she wouldn't still be able to hear the angel chatter.

"Don't fuss Adriel...He can't kill me, I'm the only thing that can get him into heaven."
Amariah bit her lip refusing to make any type of noise to let Lucifer know she was in pain when his grip tightened around her neck like a vice. Father, Lucifer has me by the neck. He's trying to get me to let him into Heaven...please, come, and bring the Archangels. Still being able to use the angel chatter to her advantage, Amariah hoped her father had heard her, or that Gabriel did. Her Father had Gabriel listening for anything specifically coming from Amariah, in case he missed it.

It didn't take long for Gabriel, Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Raguel, Ramiel and Sariel to appear. Each of them armed with heavenly weapons and each of them very ready to die for Amariah and their Lord. But where was her father?

"Gabriel..." Amariah was struggling to breathe now, she was starting to feel the demonic energy from Lucifer weakening her own, it was obvious.

Gabriel was Amariah's Archangel, a gift from her Father he answered to her and her alone, his attention was immediately drawn to her when she spoke. "Get Adriel out of here...Now!" before Gabriel could act a flash of light filled the room.

God was now among them, he put his hand up stopping Gabriel, placing a hand on gentle hand on Adriel's shoulder. He wasn't going to hold the boy hostage like Lucifer was doing to his daughter, he saw now, that Adriel's goal was truly to protect Amariah, that he did indeed love her.

"No need Gabriel. I will protect him, he is safer here, where I am."
Looking to Amariah who nodded the best she could, Gabriel stepped back into line with his brothers. "I suggest you let my daughter go Lucifer. This quarrel is between you and I."

She didn't understand. Nobody understood Lucifer like Adriel did. He was his child, after all. "I have your biggest weakness in my claws and you expect me to let her go? For an omniscient being, you really don't know anything." Lucifer cackles, feeling the energy from the angel weakening. Adriel could sense the demonic air swallowing that part of the room.

Adriel feels God's hand on his shoulder, and tenses immediately. God says that he'll protect Adriel. This is hard to believe, considering God had never given him any sort of attention from the moment he was born. Adriel believed it was a ploy, to get Lucifer to let go of Amariah, but there was a small feeling of hope and redemption. Lucifer cackled again, sneering at Adriel. "And I'm the evil one? Get a demon's hopes up that he could be something good again? An angel? Don't make me laugh."

Adriel hangs hi head in shame. He has to do this, Lucifer will never let Amariah go. "God forgive me." Adriel whispers, taking his father's holy dagger, filled with all of his angelic power before he became a full demon, and shoved in into God's side. The archangels lunged at him, glowing with their holy angel power. Lucifer let Amariah fall from his grasp, and Adriel lunged for her, cradling her in his arms. "Please don't hate me, please, I had to, please-" He protects her from the fight between the archangels and Lucifer, while God laid on the floor, dying. In a few seconds, the archangels would have to choose between stopping Lucifer and saving God.

Amariah pushed away from Adriel staying low to avoid any other injury from either side, she got to her Father, despite how strong her healing power was, she wouldn't be able to heal him, not alone, she would need Michael, and if he did the balance of the universe would be thrown off. This was about much more than a petty war.

"Michael send him back to where he came from."
Amariah barked at the Archangel, the seven of them had the power to do it, it wouldn't end Lucifer but it would get him out the way, give them time. Of course, they did as they were told, of course, they chose God over Lucifer. Lucifer was a fight for another day.

Michael and Amariah healed her father enough that Michael could get God to heaven where he could be tended to by enough Angels that the injuries would heal. "I will stay with Amariah." Gabriel whispered but she heard it perfectly. Her eyes went to Adriel and she couldn't help the rage that boiled in her, had she been wrong? All this time, had she been wrong? As Adriel stepped towards her she stepped away from him.

"Don't touch me."
She snapped at him. "Don't come anywhere near me." She walked around Adriel, Gabriel following close behind her, she threw the door open with enough strength that it left a dent in the wall. She was going to the Cathedral, where she always went when she was upset, and she was more than upset, she was rather heartbroken.

"No, Amariah-!" She left, and he knew that she would never trust him again. If she even loved him anymore, she would always wonder if he would betray her like that. She wouldn't understand. He did it to protect her and now… he lost her. The love of his life. "That's my boy! I didn't know you had that in you-"

"Don't touch me. I'm done with you. You're were never meant to be my father, and you ruined me from the moment I was born. And you knew I would do whatever it took to protect her, didn't you? You knew about her, how much I loved her. I'm through! Adriel screams at his father. Lucifer grabs the boy's wrist, burning his claws into the younger demon, and slams him against the wall. Lucifer smiles viciously, blood red fangs staring at Adriel. "She never loved you, Adriel. It was all an act, so she could bring me down for her father. Ever wonder why she never 'went all the way?' Because she couldn't stand you. Amariah is nothing but a liar for her father, and you were stupid enough to fall for it." Lucifer spits at Adriel, every word slicing into his tender heart.

Adriel rips away from his father, but his father's claws curl into his back. He feels the claws sink into his skin, and he cries out, brought to his knees. He can feel his demonic energy, the heat that constantly flowed through his body, draining from him. "You want to be one of God's lackeys again, fine, you'll feel what it's like to be a fallen angel again." Lucifer growls, draining every bit of demon from his son. He left Adriel on the sidewalk, laying on the ground in icy numbness and pain.

Amariah sat in the pew of the cathedral ignoring every word Gabriel was saying to her. She didn't want to hear it, she wouldn't hear it. Tears rolled down her cheeks, she had never hurt this much. It honestly felt like she was being torn apart. "Your father is going to be alright." Gabriel put a reassuring hand on her shoulder which she shrugged off immediately. "I'm not worried about my father. I'm worried about Adriel."

She sighed getting up from where she was sitting, leaving the Cathedral. She headed back to the shared apartment, avoiding the blood on the carpet from her father. Adriel wasn't there anymore, and she couldn't help wondering if he was okay. She had let her anger in the moment get the best of her, now she was worried she had lost him. Pulling on his sweater she pulled the covers back in climbing into the bed. She wasn't used to sleeping alone anymore. It was foreign, heartbreaking.

In the morning, she turned the TV on, a breaking news report flashed on the TV. "The latest victim of the serial killer that has been named the ghost killer is world famous model Aashiq Banks, who is in critical condition in the ICU of St. Mary's hospital." Amariah dropped her cup of coffee on the floor ignoring the shattering of the glass as she rushed out the apartment. What the humans were calling a serial killer was the work of demons. But a regular demon couldn't hurt Adriel, not like that.

Still too weak to teleport from her own encounter with Lucifer, Amariah had to find her way on foot. She knew where the ICU of the hospital was, she spent most of her time there. They had started calling it the miracle wing. Adriel's room was the first room.

"Ma'am, you can't go in there. Family only." Amariah rolled her eyes turning to the nurse. "I'm his girlfriend, he doesn't have family, it's just me." He just has me and I left him. The nurse opened the door for her, she rushed over to his side. Amariah took his hand almost dropping it from how cold it was. Lucifer had drained him...and Amariah was to weak herself to replace what Lucifer had taken. She was thankful this time that Gabriel had followed her.

"You need to heal him. I'm too weak, I can't." Gabriel seemed very hesitant. "Perhaps, Adriel dying is for the best Amariah." Amariah glared at the angel before her. "I will heal him, but it will leave me in the same state he is in now. I would like to see you explain that to my father." She had learned to become manipulative on her time on earth, rarely did she use it, but now she had to.

Amariah watched carefully, making sure Gabriel was doing everything right. When Adriel started to stir, Amariah ran back over to him, smiling when his eyes opened. Tears filled her eyes but for a different reason now, out of sheer relief. "Adriel. I'm so sorry...If I hadn't left..." She gently squeezed his hand a few tears rolling down her cheeks. "Please forgive me."
She knew he would still be weak, but atleast he was alive.

Amariah smiled a little bit, the top of his head. She was just glad he was okay, what Lucifer did would have killed him, and if Gabriel hadn't stayed it would have. "On a side note. We are going to have a very hard time getting out of here unnoticed. As soon as everyone found out you were here...Let's just say there's a crowd outside." Amariah didn't really mind the modelling, it was something that Adriel enjoyed, she just wasn't a big fan of the crowd of paparazzi and fans it brought with it.

Amariah sent Gabriel away before the doctors came back in, as usual, baffled by a sudden recovery of their patient, she assumed they were becoming quite used to it, however, as this was the hospital she frequented most. "It looks like we can discharge him." The Doctor placed a hand on Amariah's shoulder. "You are both very lucky, we didn't think he was going to make it."

She smiled a little at the doctor thanking him before sitting down on Adriel's bed leaning her head against his shoulder, she didn't know what she would have done if Lucifer had killed him, which he could have just as easily as he spared him. "So, how are we going to get out of here?" Amariah joked kissing him, both of them were too weak to teleport which meant they were going to have to fight the crowds.

Adriel slowly sits up, winking at Amariah. "I'm sorry I'm so pretty." He teases, his voice hoarse from the energy drained from his body. Before Gabriel left, he grabbed the angel's wrist, avoiding the glare that Gabriel sent his way. He thanked the angel, for saving him even though he didn't want to. The angel gave a small smile, and left at Amariah's orders. The doctors were baffled at his astonishing recovery, but he knew they were getting used to Amariah's miracles by now. They discharged him, even though he was just critical just a few moments ago.

Amariah kisses him, asking how they're going to get out of here. "I got this covered, golden girl. You just relax." Adriel pulls out his cell phone. Being recognized as a famous model meant that he had to have an agent, and he could get Adriel out of any situation.

Lyanon, another fallen angel. The only angel he associated with, until Amariah. Lyan didn't approve of Adriel dangering himself by falling in love with an angel, but he supported the former demon nonetheless. "Amariah, Lyanon. I'm sure you've met." Adriel says, and Lyan sighs. "What do you need me- wait, you don't have that aura, you-" "Back to being a shitty fallen angel like your ass." Adriel jokes, punching Lyan in the arm. Lyan can't admit how weak Adriel is right now.

"There's a back alley, you can circle around and get back to your apartment." Lyanon leads them through the hospital and towards the back, where it changes from the ER to the pediatric unit, to keep the kids away from all the deaths. They take a spiral staircase to the first floor of the hospital, where the roar of crowds for Aashiq Banks is just background noise. "Right now, all I want to do is sleep. You wanna sleep, Mari?"

Amariah nodded slightly, she was exhausted, drained and didn't know when she would regain her full strength. She linked her fingers through Adriel's once she was sure they were far enough from the crowds, as far as the public was concerned, Aashiq Banks was very single. "Do you think we should go public? As a couple I mean" Amariah suggested. "We could get away from the war, live as normal of a life as we can here."

She looked over at Adriel as they walked, maybe that would be best for them, settle down actually have some sort of a life, or at least what they could make of one. Try and stay as far from the feud between Heaven and Hell as possible. "I could Amelia Holloway, and you can be Aashiq Banks. No angels, no demons...Just us." Amariah slipped her apartment key for Adriel's apartment out of her pocket, she wouldn't be able to bring herself to walk into their shared one for a while.

Unlocking the door she pushed it open turning to Adriel taking both of his hands, she got on her tiptoes to kiss him gently wrapping her arms around his neck, pressing another kiss to his jaw.
