Setting
Jutting out from the shantytown around it stands a building of brick and mortar, once appearing to be low to mid income housing. Now, it is over crowded, under code, and lacking amenities in most of the units. Because it resides on the Dim side of the wall, the units were cut in half, and allowed to slip into a horrid level of disrepair. Lights flicker, faucets drip, pipes leak, and floors bow under weight.
But for Randa and Zonia, this is home sweet home.
Stately View Apartment Complex
Though the door locks and latches, you never truly feel seperated from the outside world. A once proud apartment building cast into the shadow of disrepair.
