Rin is what you would classify as a complex person with different sides to him. However, there is an equal balance throughout him. Not one thing shines more brightly then the others. Everything is in perfect symmetry and in order the way he likes it. Rin has a side rarely any normal person will see. Once you get a peek into his real life many of his lovers will leave him. If there is one thing he holds most dear to him it would have to be his privacy. No one really can say they know him truly not even his own parents. There have been lovers of his who have tried to get a peek into his private world, but they failed immensely. By the time Rin thinks someone is getting too close to him he will leave that person without so much as a simple goodbye. It's not like he hates the fact of someone loving him so much they want to know more about him, he just simply likes to have his own private life stay just that. Private. It's a common complaint from his family and friends that he doesn't open up enough to the people around him. He just ignores them and says a smart comment and move on to another topic. Why should he change himself if he is pleased with his actions?
Rin doesn't have that many true friends around him, especially with how he can treat people sometimes. If he thinks you are annoying and doesn't want to be around you he will have no problem telling you so. He is an extremely blunt person and it shows a lot. He doesn't believe in holding back his thoughts to protect someone. He thinks the best flattery you can give another human being is honesty. He likes people who can be honest with themselves and have the confidence to be around him. People who lack confidence make it on what he calls his blacklist. This list holds many of the annoying and fake girls that go to the same school as him. He really can't stand loud people the most. Those are usually the people he doesn't get along with at all. Even the ones who do certain things trying to get a rise out of everyone else agitate him as well. He doesn't realize that he himself attracts attention just because of his family's wealth. Just about everyone in school knows him they just don't approach him unless he talks to them first, which is a rarity.
When it comes to love however he may be a little bit too open at times, meaning, he can be a little bit on the perverse side. None of his ex-lovers breath word of it but they all know he has his little idiosyncrasies when it comes to his love life. Sadism would be the best way to describe it. He doesn't like to be this way with just anyone though, only his lover. It is a side of him he keeps well hidden under the stoic expression forever always plastered on his face whenever he is in public. He is known for being a little bit gentle at times when it comes to his lovers, which is something they only know. It's not like they swore to him to never tell a soul they just know he likes his privacy and respect that. It was always nice to see a different side other then the expressionless one many see including his family members. Rin usually keeps in contact with his ex's unless they truly did something to get on his bad side. It isn't uncommon to see him lash out on people who he thinks deserve it. Those are the people who invade his personal space. He doesn't really have a bad temper though. When he is in public he will stay the proper son his parents raised him to be. Does it get on his nerves? A little because he likes to be his own person, but he will wait for that until he doesn't need his parents anymore. When that times comes he will probably never talk to them again. Until that faithful moment shows itself to him, however, he will continue to only show the smallest glimmer of his life to everyone around him.
