Setting
Full of nobles and other citizens of higher class, Empire City is a place created just for them. Not just anyone is welcome here, unless you have a broom in your hand. The building here are made and furnished with the most expensive materials. The people are stuck up and full of themselves and their money, even the animals have a sort of snooty attitude. But, just because everyone here was born with a silver spoon in their mouth, doesn't mean they are push overs.
Empire City is also home to some of Japan greatest warlords and since it has its own military base, this place won't be getting stormed by bandits anytime soon. Not to mention that this also used to be the home of The Blackguard. Other than that, the city also bolsters nice commerce and trade, since there is a lot of money there, nothing but the best can be found in the city.
